I am a huge fan of Kelly Starrett ……BUT if anyone has added to “complexity” it is him. I have followed him from his very beginning on TH-cam but Post commercialisation his word salad is worse. At the very beginning he had simple messages with demonstrable outcomes. But now his messages are cryptic and tangential. Still a fan though 😊🙏
This guy is the GOAT of word salad. He's among a select group of people who seem to talk alot but not communicate much at all. It's honestly depressing how many people listen to this guy, nod their heads along, and have no freaking clue how idiotic this guy actually is when you listen to what he is saying. Off the bat he's trying to compare "tissue that you load" to "orca fins". Orca fins DONT GET LOADED. Wtf is this dude rambling on about. If you're trying to make a case for "use it or lose it" then just say that and stop pretending you have some novel perspective or idea to offer.
Orca fins get loaded when they get to work in the right depth and environment of water. Kelly does have a communication problem - he needs to assume less background knowledge of listeners - but the guy is a bona fide genius.
