I got inspired by your last video when you mentioned this. So now i am right in the middle of building this!! Yours is so much cleaner though! Dang that’s nice! Bravo man! That’s a work of art. If only I would have waited.
Looks amazing man! I’m about 2 months in to my mobile detailing business here in Northern Indiana! Excited for the release video. Definitely interested in your work!
Awesome job!! It looks amazing and can’t wait for the release video!! I emailed you inquiring about one of these systems for my promaster city van!! Great job again and will be waiting to hear back from you on a system
so watching yours and other videos i managed to build the system 99% lol and ive been fighting with the flow out of the 4040RO then i noticed you have a inline pump to the inlet of the 4040, my i ask what pump spec you are using for this.
Hopefully sometime in September. I’m waiting for my sisters pool to be drained :) the goal is to fill it up to the top with spot free water to show how much water it can actually produce.
This type of RO/DI system requires a lot of pressure and a water tank in order to work properly. When it’s on it constantly makes water. If it were connected to a pressure washer that is being used Intermittently it would cause the system to build up back pressure and probably destroy it. If you’re looking for something to wash a few cars in your driveway the CR Spotless is probably your best best. This system is for mass production of spotless water. Cart options are out there for people like window cleaners but they produce spotless water at a trickle pace.
Hey Bryan, it depends on your incoming water quality but to give you a general idea. My water is around 400-450ppm (really hard). I’m averaging around 10,000 gallons on 1 cubic ft of resin or 4 filter changes of resin. Essentially 2,500 (approx) before needing to refill the resin cartridge again.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy that is impressive. I just purchased the DI Pro 50d from RV Mods. I’m just using it for personal use. Love your system. Amazing attention to detail.
@@benrios9643 Hey Ben! That’s such a great question. With RO it’s constantly making water and needs a place to dispense into. If you connected it directly to a pressure washer the motor and pump would continue to run even when you let go of the trigger. That would cause excess pressure to build up in the system which could destroy the filters, membrane and possibly even burst water lines. I don’t know exactly what would happen but it wouldn’t be good. The short answer is this system must be used in conjunction with a water tank. Unless you are a window washer... That wouldn’t require a water tank because water is constantly flowing through a water fed pole. In this instance it would be fine because the water is constantly dispensing. Hope that helps!
I’ve heard you can recycle up to 30% of your waste water. I haven’t tried. Waste water is highly concentrated. The TDS is extremely high. This means whatever waste water you reintroduce back into your clean(er) water line your causing your RO membrane to work harder. This puts extra stain on the membrane which in my opinion, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. This is a really great question. I’d rather put as less strain on my filters as possible.
Excellent, job brother your a genius..... been a while since you posted a video. Congratulations man on your built can't wait for the release video . I finally got my mobile van setup check it out if you ever have time to 😊
@@SpotlessWaterGuy thank you mean a lot to me brother... much appreciated...... I love that system you making i may have to look into getting one from you in the near future 🤞🏾

Great.. Please update us all on when & all details.. 👍👍 I am in Australia, very interested .. Thanks 🙂🙂✔✔
Why the note over the motor serial?

Legit system. I hope to be able to afford one...scared to know the price 😆
When is your next video coming out talking more about this?
Hopefully sometime in September. I’m waiting for my sisters pool to be drained :) the goal is to fill it up to the top with spot free water to show how much water it can actually produce.
Hey man. Is there a certain temperature u would start using the DI water? I live in Chandler. Thanks bro
I use DI water all year round.
Do you offer a mobile cart version? Would be handy for those of us who wash our cars outside in our driveways?

what is the GPD for RO membrane? and how many Inch the RO is?
2:00 😅
So where do I order one!?

Can you tell us how many gallons the system is rated to filtrate before buying more resin?

@@BSnydr Thanks brother!
Excellent job! Can't wait for the release video. Would that system be able to work with the water going into a tank?
Thank you! Yes this system was designed to be a companion to a water tank!
@@SpotlessWaterGuy I meant to say not going into a tank and just straight out through a pressure washer. 😉
@@ddautodetailing oh gotcha! No unfortunately. This system needs to feed into a tank
Would it be possible for you to create one that would be able to feed into the pressure washer or would that cause damage to the RO system?

What is the size of this setup?
It’s 4.5ft long by 3.5ft wide
Looks great. How wide is this footprint?
Thanks! 4.5 feet long 2.2 feet wide
So is it worth recycling the waist water to run again or a waist of time?
I’ve heard you can recycle up to 30% of your waste water. I haven’t tried. Waste water is highly concentrated. The TDS is extremely high. So this system is for big water tanks? I need something for my shop.
This system can be for any size water tank. As small as 50 gallons up to 1000+ gallons
@@SpotlessWaterGuy I don’t want to run a tank in my shop, so I’m just better off with DI system instead. Very cool system for mobile guys though.
Take my money!
I can’t find that spotless water booster online.
