In this case I will agree with Florida as she was right and I completely understand her reasoning. This was not her fault at all this was JJ's fault because he should have known better than this. If James was in this episode he would have acted and done the same thing Florida did and he would never allow Michael to go to a bar. I think James would be more angry with JJ than Michael.

If we over ate healthy foods, it wouldnt cause diseases, wed just be a little heavier but it hard to over eat healthy foods because youd get full fast. Nutrient full fills you, junk leaves voids.

John Amos was FIRED! He shouldn't have opened his mouth about how he wasn't happy with the story lines. Life isn't always fair. I liked the character of James Evans and YES he was an awesome role model but in every sitcom it seems like there is one breakout star that steals all the scenes. And for Good Times that star was Jimmie Walker! His portrayal of "JJ" was HILARIOUS! And everyone at my grade school Black AND White was talking about how funny he was. The whole cast was funny but JJ exuded that extra charisma that only stars that have that "IT" factor possess. Good Times without JJ would have probably been canceled. But Good Times without John Amos STILL was a top 10 show. That says a lot.
