Hi Debbie this is how I do my liver but I use oyster sauce along with the ketchup and soy sauce and a little brown sugar
I also add bacon. My liver is always a hit whenever I cook it for my family

This is how I do my liver the only thing is next time I’ll use butter I always reuse my oil . I know yours taste better than mine Mmmmm it looks so delicious 😊. I never use the vinegaret I use a little brown mustard.

I have never eating that liver as a country girl, chicken liver is my favorite.
I like what you did with the fricasee dis time cause fricasee originally forward from e french and dem heavily infuence cajun and creole cuisine and the addition of balsamic vinegar is very french mi like yuh style the last time i did fricasee i did it French style instead of Jamaican like usual

The ketchup is what takes it over the top. Liver is not easy to cook. It can get very chewy and hard if you don't understand the dynamics of it. That looks delicious. I love liver with lots of onions. That dish is Food Network worthy.
