The issue is Courts, Judges aren't accountable to people of India in anyway, If SC judges decides something on a policy and people have no say its autocracy not democracy or we have become a "Republic of Supreme Court."

No where in the world judges appoint judges. The poor are in jail and the rich are on bail, Lalu Yadav gets bail for treatment where as Asaram Balu is denied. Reservation is on the basis of castes not according to their financial position. But the supreme court is silent. There are many lawers from various political parties in different couts. Can the the poor go to supreme court for justice? Is it not, due to the pressure of media Nirbhaya, accused got punishment? What is the use of supreme court if only the rich can go there.. ? If Rahul Gandhi had not appealed in supreme court he would have in in jail ? Justice delayed justice denied.
Bail cannot be given to a person who has already been convicted. The rest of your points are valid.
