Hey Mikey! I worked at a nanotech lab (NASAT Labs) near Alabang before and we did a metals test on the surface of vegetables and compared them to washed vegetables. The amount/level of metals on unwashed vegetables is incredibly, dangerously high even if you don't live near the busy streets. The metals still get on the vegetables, so even though you think it's clean, it's really not. Please wash your veggies regardless!

Omg the chicken inasal empanadas and hand churned ice cream 🍨 you were eating at the hotel in Iloilo made me so hungry 😅 … 5 Mabuhay stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the food in Iloilo! Truly a major food destination! 🎉 I’m so missing the Philippines 🇵🇭 ❤….

Oh wow -- I used to grow kombucha like 20 years ago -- a batch went bad and I couldn't make anymore -- cool they sell kits now -- the Scoby we used to call the mother mushroom and every batch it grows new growth we called the babies -- just ordered a kit to grow again -- it definitely gave me great energy and I swear it made my hair healthy thick

Most definitely.. i have several fruit trees in my backyard including jackfruit and avocado. As for the melons, ILOILO produces several melon varieties such as watermelons( red and yellow flesh) cantaloupes and honeydew melons. I just threw several dozens of cantaloupe seeds 2 weeks ago in my garden and without any fertilizer or preparation, it just grew. 😂

You can eat pheasant, we hunt for it here in France. It tastes like gamier chicken, it is leaner too so it can dry out easily when you cook it. Homemade kombucha will have low levels of alcohol in it. They usually remove the alcohol from the store bought one, just a heads up, dont be surprised if you get a light buzz ;)

If you put the legs of bamboos coop in coffee cans filled with water then put Vaseline on legs above cans it will keep ants out then hens can hatch and keep their babies in the bamboo part until they are older. This is what we do with beehives and brooders. You can add vinegar to water to keep mosquitoes from breeding

YAY!! We going on a trip!! Travel vlogs are awesome!!
OK…. Making Kombucha not the most appetizing activity to eat breakfast to (LOL).
It’s cool you can run around naked on your own farm… that’s freedom! :)
Did you know if you water your tomatoes with salty brackish water you can influence the sweetness of them as they grow. Using those tomatoes for a pasta sauce will spoil you for anything else, LOL.
OMG, I have GOT to go to IloIlo… that food looks beyond incredible! It’ll happen, I will get Ilo-ngated (I see a t-shirt with this, LOL).
I think it’s super cool when you “perporm” like this! They chose the absolute right person to do this.
WOW, a little travel whiplash, already back at the farm, LMAO! That one hen is “busy” sitting on her eggs, LOL. There is something so endearing about you and that basket…
‘Ya know, maybe you should do an Incubator Cam feed, LOL.
Thanks for sharing your adventures! Great vlog! Ya’ll be safe and I’ll see ‘ya next time!

Californian here… don’t water your veggies in the middle of the day in the scorching heat. It can actually burn the plants. Water in the evening or early morning. This is an issue in the Cali sun and I’m sure it’s the same there :) Make sure to candle your eggs so you don’t end up with rotting eggs with the healthy ones. Also def check the Ph on the kombucha. Also, have you thought about giving your chickens some ramps? Love your channels!!!!! You always make me so hungry!!
