37” tires on Jeeps should be an option. Guys are running those on Jeeps right now on one ton axles. I have 33” tires on my YJ with the stock axles. It’s awesome Snowrunner added Jeep I need to start playing again.
Where I'm from it isn't unusual to see Jeeps with 40-44in tires. Hell, I've built several jeeps with tires at least that large, including one old YJ on 56in tires.
It's a shame they limited the tire sizes so much for the Jeeps. It isn't uncommon to see Jeeps on 40-44in tires where I'm from. In fact, I would say that 35-37 is the MOST common tire size for Wranglers around here.
yeah, it's only vehicle in game with crawler suspension...although I think the suspension and tires are still too small for rock crawling and also it lacks proper power to conquer rocks.
he doesnt mention the jeep´s tires, there are exactly like the hummer h1 tires with excilent rating on on-road, off road and a good rating on mud, these are one of the best tires in the game and its not mentiond
yeah, they're same...that's why said in conclusion that they bring nothing new to game....and I am kinda bored with just one design of mudtires for all scouts and I think they look ugly specially on some vehicles.
@@SD1ONE yeah I agree with that, maybe the tires from the 420 Tatarin would look better or the tires from the khan 39 marshal in a smaller size. Scouts also need more rim options like the old bullet hole rims and tires from the f150/Chevy 3100 from mud runner
They should add larger tires, either those unique ones you mentioned or just bigger mud tires. And maybe like a wider wheelbase and body kit to accommodate the larger wheels.
They should add an old 70s full size jeep Cherokee and a 96 Cherokee. Both were used by park services and rural law enforcement. Until a few years ago I drove a J20 jeep pickup and once I sorted out the previous owners mess of wiring, it was reliable and capable
My dad used to have and old cj7, no roof (got lost or it broke I can’t remember) and idk if it came like this from factory but it had a bench mounted on the rear fender tubs on the inside and eventually something rusted through and everything we hit a bump I would always hit my head on the rollover bar. Good times
What about a test in the snow, maybe the cj7s low weight will float on it or the high power of the wrangler will just power through it, at this point most scout trucks suck in the snow
Bro i just bought it yesterday used it today couldn’t be happier better than any other paid scout dlc for sure fun to drive and not bad their very solid I don’t know about best haven’t played that much in a while but defiantly good
You should compare the trucks that cannot be equipped with a differential lock to see who are the best and whether they are still good or great. Also, same for the ones that cannot be equipped with AWD.
Jeeps are pretty good in the mud/dirt and nearly can't be tipped over, Wrangler is my favorite out of the two. However they suck in the snow like the 6 wheeled Khan. Ford F-750 still holds the title of best scout vehicle in the game for me.
I think khan marshall is best small scout in terms of performance...I think you are mentioning YAR as 6 wheeled khan, Yar is also light weight and it struggles in snow....Jeeps are like any other scouts in game...they've same mudtires, similar weight and roofracks...I think they really need to make paid DLC vehicles a bit different to make them more value for money.
Yes I meant the Yar. Used that little Khan Marshall to winch and pull out some big stuck trailers and drag them around. One paid DLC that was the most disappointing was the Apache, literally does nothing even decently. With 6 wheels and fully upgraded, it struggles to get over rocks when most of the other 4 wheeled scouts bounce right over them.
Ever since I downloaded this dlc, the newer wrangler has been giving me trouble with the high gear. When I put it in high, it loses all traction or something and just spins the tires. Even on pavement. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks for the feedback!
Well it is the most expensive vehicle pack and jet they are worse than the Apache. I love the looks though. Pls compare them to Chevy Apache, I wonder how they will do
What this video does not mention and what the Jeep Renegade does bring to game is that it is an excellent starter truck. By the time you can upgrade the Jeeps all the way to max (like in this video) it really doesn´t matter if it is not the best scout in the game. At that level you are only having it for fun and diversion, but in a new game at level 1 the Jeep Renegade does become a great friend. It is cheap to buy, has low fuel consumption, can get offroad tires from the start and it has AWD and diff lock from the start. Invaluable in any new hard mode game.
I feel like he waisted alot of time in the mud ..jeep is not a mud truck .it's a slow roller trail rig .if ya know how to wheel .it's epic and very realistic ..I have a CJ7 on 33
I want to upgrade graphic card...It heats up way to much....but due to this crypto mining etc stuff...prices are stupid...i upgraded everything else in my PC
ive used the "newer jeep all time in new region with stovk tires, second suspension, and stock engine and i havent noticed anything that id miss, its beast in stock, and btw this proving ground means nothing, experience with vehicles here are different than on real maps
the video is just comparison with other scouts... ofcourse they'll perform in maps that's why devs made them but how they're compared to other scouts is the main question.... specially when it's paid DLC
For the on-road speed tests you should use the high range gear boxes instead so we can see what the vehicle's true speed is. The off-road one limits the speed drastically.
Faster the vehicles are harder they're to control....also the road I used is not exactly flat and bumps, etc can make vehicle go on sides, etc or even flip.
i believe this is a cash grabbing cop out... yet another vehicle we need to turn to modders to tweak into a good vanilla vehicle.... The developer is realllly cutting corners with the limited tire selection for all vehicles and it shows again... where are the 44" ATs i see on every Jeep on the planet?
@@CasperKruger was exaggerating for the sake of it, but 44s are probably the biggest you could go on the rubicon without tearing it up, or having to upgrade the entire underside... usually only see 35-38's on the offroad rigs... I still baught the DLC even though i think it was BS.. i did find a good Modded version with 39" hummer tires and it looks pretty nice
Just like the other paid DLC like the Brigadier they are not worth buying,i mean add to the price a couple more dollard and you can buy the fucking season which offers map content and vehicle content,my point being these "paid" DLC should've been included in the yearly pass aswel as be cheaper cuz they rlly are just to expensive for what they offer,Saber tries the buisiness model that ETS2 and ATS created, and is not a bad one, give enough content in the base game and monetize external content like maps, but Saber did a big fuckup, you don't monetize vehicles,ETS2 and ATS have costumization and map content behind paywalls but not vehicles, they too pay license tribute to the ownsers of MAN and DAF and so on,so that is not an excuse either Also for a DLC which is paid for ffs you expect a certain degree of quality, the Wrangler sounds like a fucking muffled chainsaw =))))) its pathetic how little they cared for the sound quality, there are a bunch of mods out there leagues above this DLC quality, hell there are a bunch of fucking joke mods that are better,Saber's greed will be their downfall soon if they keep this up imo, specially cuz htey make DLC that is not included in the yearly pass which ppl have already fucking paid for,ppl gave them money to support them and get the content when it comes out yet the devs keep making extra content that needs to be paid for and not included in what ppl have already fucking paid for =))))
As a proud owner of a TJ Wrangler, the interior of the wrangler in-game is absolutely spot on. Devs did a perfect job modeling it
The crawler suspension on the rubicon is a nice addition and does actually make a little difference.
Yeah. I found it as a way more stable suspension at extreme angles. No flipping just a moderate bouncing during harsh rides
It's been several months since I played Snowrunner, but this makes me want to start it up again.
I just started back up again the other day

Can't wait to get this pack. Jeep has been long over due
The Wrangler does get crawler suspension, which makes it great for steep and rocky hill-climbing, while also raising its suspension.

Wrangler is really fast and stable on rocks. Great for rock crawling. Also good fuel economy.
Interiors are amazing
yeah, the overall body details and interior, etc is very detailed. I think moders will make them balanced...fingers crossed.
@@SD1ONE man the "newer" jeep is beast in stock
Am I bro
The jeep does offer a good suspension lift for rock crawling, while everything else may not add much, the wrangler gets some decent Flex
yeah, it's only vehicle in game with crawler suspension...although I think the suspension and tires are still too small for rock crawling and also it lacks proper power to conquer rocks.
@@SD1ONE I've done some crawling with it, it was fine, its a start atleast having a decently lifted vehicle to play on some rocks
I forget which map, but I had to do some steep rock crawling to reach a watchtower, and the Wrangler didn't let me down for a second.
A very meager addition. I want more - Cherokee first and second generation, First Bronco. Maybe a buggy for a change.

also scout tires only have 2 options for rims :(
Thanks for uploading this video! I wanted to buy the DLC, but changed my mind after watching the video. xP
The renegade is so small I mostly always bring it with me on exploring missions on the back of a large vehicle in case I flip
It's just for collectors in my opinion I bought it because I like the look of the old CJ but that's it I knew it wasn't good but a nice collectable.
They should add an old 70s full size jeep Cherokee and a 96 Cherokee. Both were used by park services and rural law enforcement. Until a few years ago I drove a J20 jeep pickup and once I sorted out the previous owners mess of wiring, it was reliable and capable
Looks so close to the old Wrangler Sahara TJ I used to have, I guess I have to get this just for the nostalgia.
Over all; good as alternative Start Scout, but other than that rather underwhelming
There's now more smaller tires which is held by the Gor BY 4. But it also has a 33" option.
I’ve never been more obsessed with a game in my entire life. Snowrunner for the win!
I enjoy the jeep DLC very much I have 10 of the 2 😂👍🏻
Love the video keep up the great work

isn’t it the only vanilla vehicle with crawler suspension for the wrangler?
Nice truck test
It looks cool, but I wish they had used the WW2 Jeep and the Jeep Kaiser :3
there's already nearly perfect ww2 jeep mod available....I don't think there's any need of paid one when we can get it for free.
There's also a kaiser jeep mod, but it's not nearly as detailed as the ww2 jeep one.
The tj rubicon with crawler suspension and the big mudders is fun but looks really good with the bfg mud terrains

Good question, if it's good in the snow I might get it.
In snow you need more weight...loaf is best in snow out of all small scouts because it's heavy for it's size.
A wonderful and special discount, I am thinking of buying it, do you recommend it to me?
If you like the look of both vehicles and want to support the devs, then sure, go for it

Well, without diff a vehicle is garbage. But without awd csn be good, Pacific p16 or something like that has permanent diff but no awd.
@@tnc7399 Navistar. It has no diff but does great, hasn't failed me yet. Even as a hauler dragging trailers through the mud like the bricks they are.

Ye, I just wanted him to make a vid with those 3 trucks xD... the Navistar, Pacific P16, and the Pacific P512
the loaf was going slow in the tests bc of how low its bumper sits to the ground compared to the jeep.
you... are wrong about the tire size.. the khan load's stock tires are 30"

Loaf is wrong because is heavier than Jeep so doesn't float on mud
