You know the Japanese word for sandwich? It's pronounced "sandoicchi". Point being that Japan has always been very open to and welcoming of western culture, since the end of the isolation period. Besides that you could probably listen to all kinds of languages and hear people use English words. There are a lot of anglicisms in most languages nowadays for obvious reasons.

I’m Japanese and I can say that most of us are not like this AT ALL. A lot of people especially adult doesn’t watch anime at all. Otaku is called “weirdo” in high school. I’m not offending people who like anime because I know that everyone can have their own hobby. But I just don’t want people in America to think that a lot of Japanese are like this.

For all of you that say this is racist its actually not. This is not a stereotype on Japanese people or how they speak English. This is a stereotype of white people that obsess with anime and now think they're Japanese culture enthusiasts (Mainly Anime, Manga & Hentai lol). This video is so true though! Its a perfect example of almost customer that shops at "To Cool" in your local malls. As a mall employee I see people dressed like this almost every day. Its usually a white teenager that saw an anime online and now thinks they're huge anime superfans. Dont ever say their favorite Anime characters name wrong. Otherwise they'll laugh in your face bc you couldn't pronounce their favorite Naruto name right.
