@Bigfoot There's a difference between foul smell coming from poor hygienge and an attractive scents naturally produced like pheromones and musk. Body odour and rancid sweat aren't attractive, science or no science. Musk in subtle doses can be attractive as well as good hygiene and cologne.
@Bigfoot I'm pro hygiene, whatever form it takes. In medieval Europe people would towel bath regularly, if not everyday in order to clean themselves eg. draw water into a small basin (and if they could they would scent it or if they had access to soap they would soap the water) and with a linen towel wipe themselves clean. In our times, in countries where certain communities lack sophisticated public infrastructure and have no access to private indoor plumbing, ordinary people would still put in the effort to draw water from a stream, river or community well and clean themselves in this manner. In the towns and cities people had access to public bathouses so they could bathe quite regularly. But private full immersion bathing was rare and happened once a year as a lot of effort had to be put in to draw and heat enough water. For scenting the body and reducing the smell of foul personal odor Medieval people used flower and herbal bags and if they could afford it perfumes made from essential oils. People's underwear also contributed to good hygiene and the reduction of personal odor. Underwear consisted of a shirt and stockings which covered all of the body. Odor and sweat was entirely absorbed by the undergarments which (unlike the outer garments) was washed frequently and that contributed to good hygiene and reduced the accumulation of sweat and foul odor. If you live in a modernised country with good public infrastructure and access to affordable consumer technology then the easy provision of water, and the affordable procurement of showering/bathing equipment and a washing machine leaves no excuse for you to not take care of yourself. I quote this everyday.
Taran and Vanessa are national treasures... one of my favorite sketches 😂
..Meet-uh guest u-ruh!!..
we met at Jewish day camp-u-ruh
im dead this is hilarious
Between Fred just awkwardly sitting there and Jonah doing the funniest character break I've ever seen.. this is one of my fav SNL skits
Jonah's character reminds of Cartman from South Park lol
fallinginwonderland3 oh Princess Kenny-Duhlyrrrrrrr🥰😘😍🤩👀👣🧠
No it's Mr. Kim from from Shitty Walk
fallinginwonderland3 I am serious I in Kaching habe people die I g 1% killed the endless of dc vertigo..
More like butters.
He looks more like John Belushi.
i DIED when it cut to fred armeson saying “hi”
I’m laughing so hard I’m crying this was hilarious. Vanessa and Taren are great.
Vanessa Bayer just kills me! she is so talented.
Vanessa Bayer never or rarely breaks character. But when she starts getting grinded on she's so close to busting out in laughter. I love it. Lol 🤣😅 🤣
I wonder if the moves were ad libbed and she wasn't prepared for that, LOL!
Him trying his hardest to not break character makes me laugh so hard I cry every time I see it.
The level of preparation and rehearsal for this is probably under appreciated. The dancing and synced singing is not something you get up there and just read off of cue cards
I lost it at 4:30 when he broke character!
😂😂😂😂
There is nothing funnier than someone not being able to control their laughing. I was in tears too.
This is one of the best SNL skits of all time imo. Hilarious from start to finish
Agreed and you're hot
I just watch this and see my peer group in middle school. It's like a shameful reflection
It gets better. Just kids trying to discover who they are. If it persists after highschool though...
I can relate with you. It was funny skit yet I kept cringing remembering that's how I use to act in freshman year of highschool
Luckily throughout my cringe years we weren’t so obsessed with social media (okay, MySpace a bit lol) so mostly all evidence of it is long gone. For me it hit 10yrs-14/15yrsold. I avoided pictures like the plague but any I see today make me physically ill 😂I was a textbook weeaboo, but I met all my best friends I still talk to today. We all grew out of it.
I remember loving nightcore in middle school lol
What a shamefur dispray!
How about that Japanese girlfriend lol
justin botsford my name is mlep clay nose
Damn she thicc
My favorite part of every one of these skits is her softly swaying back and forth with her eyes closed to music for 1.5 seconds. Friggin hilarious.
Oh God! That’s Fred Armisen!🤢😂
justin botsford. She’s hot.
It's so funny to see Jonah slowly breaking character as time passed 😂
Meet a guestduru!
its really funny but i am not able to understand anything that jonah is saying;
you mean that weeaboo cringe wapanese gibberish? [I can assure you that it literally is gibberish and means absolutely nothing anyways]
ダイノサー京 no he is mostly speaking english but he is mumbling very badly.
Let us bow, for in ancient japanese culture travellers would bow to show that they had no weapons in their hands.
This is true, this is an ancient japanese samurai sword that was actually mentioned in ancien japanese legend on zelda
With this i have many night done battle with styrophone that my speakers were packed in. They crumble in my hands in a quite ??????
This is also true, they are recentful on my sword wielding skills and also of my general hygiene
The shinto god are surely smiling up on us as they did with our japanese anciesters.
oh la la i'v been looking to get a japanese girlfriend, do you have any tips?
You speak wisdoms of the truth we agreed on, but its more like five swords and one cartboardtube that my kill bill poster came in.
Long ago there was a warrior ?? who dissapeared in a mist of ?? untill you arrive, the swords of ??
No idea if this is correct or not, surely a lot of typos.
To the 3rd sentence at the end I think he says
They crumble in my hands in a quite frost legend decree in aprududu
@@xS1cKsHoTsx they crumble in my hands and are quite frustrating to clean up ah de de de
“My Kill Bill poster” BRUUUUUUHHH 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
when Jonah Hill starts laughing about the cardboard tube
Wish they brought back these characters during their tenure. This skit is so memorable and hilarious to me!
It's Jonah's voice that kills me. Like Cartman trying to sound distinguished.
" MEET THE GUESS DERE " LMAO 2:09
I'm honestly impressed the SNL staff knew what "Candy Candy" was, especially considering it's never been broadcast here in the US.
It’s almost like someone can have an identity and interests outside of their job.
Being a Greek candy candy was a classic but nothing was more famous than igano kabamaru
It’s also almost like someone can parody something they enhot
What exactly was the reference from candy candy Iv seen it only once when I was a child so I couldn’t tel
Agreed, I was wondering if any of the staff is an anime fan?
I just about died when Fred armison started dancing in the end 😂
"You speak wisdoms of the truth we agreed upon." ~ I am saying this to the delivery guy the next time he goes over my order at the door.
That is a straight jam at 5:03. I wish he hadn't cut his leg so it would continue.
“You speak wisdom of the truth we agreed upon” is such a good line. I need to remember to integrate it into normal conversations 😂
Vanessa Bayer has a terrific smile.
I come back to watch this from time to time . Jonah Hill is one of the best hosts . I miss Vanessa . She’s great
“It’s March sadness with Jeremy who goes home every weekend”. That has me dying
Weeb Vennessa I did not know I needed in my life.
*the disappointed professor is my favorite part of all of this!* 😂👏🏽
When he shows The Sticker and Origami homework . . . Gold .
as an anime/vocaloid fan and as someone who takes genuine interest in japanese culture, this is completely accurate and i recommend that you stay as far away from weebs/otakus as possible.
sadly this is true
More like five swords and the cardboard tube my kill bill poster came in...lol💀💀💀
Snl is not the same without these guys 😭
They really nailed this!!! I know dozens of weebs and k pop obsessed girls and this is EXACTLY how they act. Trying to act all Asian when they have like 0.000001% Korean in them
They're Japanese in their heartsuru.
This is the most spot on weaboo impression ever lol especially the "Uru " after literally every word
japanese legend of zelda............ lol
wait what?...
Ancient Japanese Legend of Zelda.
actually its
**Says in incredibly racist and stereotypical japanese voice**
rapanese Regend of-a Zerdla- du du.
Jonah breaking Character is the best.."ooohhhhhh."
Aaaaand we’re back. This ages better and better every year
"the cardboard tube my kill bill poster came in"
One of the most underrated skits all time 😂
Sounds like Cartmen. Respect mah authoritah!
"Regend ob Zerulda-duruuu.." I'M DED
Vanessa absolutely owned the look and persona, I'm impressed
2:09 MEET-UH-GUEST-URUH
LMFAO when Fred came on camera!! All of this was spot-on
