i have the note 20 ultra and I hvent seen anything the current flagships does that my phone cannot. The 1TB sdcard is tough to beat.
I have note 10 plus 5G and this is the phone i ever see its performance. I would rather keep it than buy new s22 ultra

I own the silver surfer note 10 plus. I keep it in a uag case and keep a screen protector installed. Battery life good for the age of the phone. I own the zerolemon extended battery case in case im away from a outlet for a long period of time. Sticking with it until it quits.
That's one other great feature the phone has, coupled with its wireless charging.

Most of the Samsung phones are described in terms of colour gamut and HDR technology. The Note 10+ has a colour gamut of 709 and is HDR+ enabled.

It is very capable. There are people who still use even the Note 9 and enjoy till today.

I've been contemplating between s20+ and note 10+. Can you help me out here because I'm hearing negative stuff about the s20+ (green and pink line on screen )

It's unfortunate It's the S20 Plus that had this issue predominantly and from what I read, it might be a hardware problem, though the majority of complaints came after certain software updates.
Samsung will fix it if it happens under warranty anyway.
I have never encountered screen issues with the Note 10 Plus.
However, when it comes to value for money and what I'll be getting, I don't think the S20 Plus is significantly ahead of the Note 10 Plus, especially for the base models.
You might want to consider a S20 Ultra if you want an S20 series that does significantly better than the Note 10 Plus.
But personally, I'll still go for the Note 10 Plus basically because of the value for money.

note 10plus was included on 2019 and 2020 select devices that will recieve 4yrs of security updates?so its still good til 2025?
The Note 10 Plus will receive at least 4 years of security updates. However, there's a recent update that says the support might be reduced to quarterly security updates rather than monthly.
It's still good to go for the next 6years,using this phone makes me feel I don't need phones again oo

Still love my note10+ 5G !!!! I migh step up to an S24 ULTRA if pricing and options are right when the time comes but for the moment I 'm happy where I am. Mrs still likes her N10+5G as well.

@@peterpanda7475 The battery life is just okay. Would take you through most of the day with decent use. Definitely not as fantastic as the latest S series (which are actually notes).

The release of the S23 Ultra wasn't really impressive.
I believe releases should be done every 2 years now. There's very little that changes with these yearly drops.
If my Note 10 Plus packs up today, I'll probably get another. Still enjoying it too.

Software updates might not be coming subsequently for it anymore. Android 12 is the last for Note 10+. It has elapsed its 3 years of software support.
However, over time the software updates have made the phone a much better and balanced device over the 3 years of support since 2019.
The S22 camera specs in real world use is definitely better, especially if you are particular about that, but the Note 10+ still spits out very decent pictures. In fact you could take very great pictures and video if you understand the camera. See samples in the video.
As a whole, the Note 10+ is fantastic, just for the value it gives for what you pay.

Hi there I have a Galaxy s21 Fe edition I'm not really feeling it too much I always want a note 10 plus but never got one then I wanted the s21 ultra then I seen that s22 ultra which one should I get
Seeing that you already use an S21 Fe, it really depends on what you need. If you are particular about having the latest hardware, camera and software and also getting software updates in the next few years, you can go for the S22 Ultra if you have the budget for that.
But for pure functionality and best value for money, if the above are not a big concern, I'd go for the Note 10 Plus any day.

Can I still get the phone....... meaning I will be using it into 2024. And the issue of software update: no more updates can it still hold up?

With the features it has, I think it will surely hold up. Samsung's intuitive UI already makes it a functional smartphone for most users.
Buy from trusted stores and buyers. A lot of sellers on major stores sell as refurbished. Check buyer reviews and seller ratings before buying.

You're likely using the 5G version. That was released in 2020, not 2019.

The samsung dex is not polished. It's laggy and choppy.
Well, I guess it has its limitations too. I haven't had any issues with Samsung Dex so far.
Perhaps you should update the Samsung Dex on your PC. Maybe that could help.

Realme 10 pro plus or Samsung note 10 plus? Which one should i buy?
I haven't used the Realme 10 Pro+. But with the specs and functionality features of a Note 10 Plus, I'll still take that over the Realme.
The Note 10 also has a stylus, that's an additional extra useful tool of you need it.
But you can only upgrade the Note 10 Plus up to Android 12. The Realme has support for 13. That's the biggest difference in my opinion.
