Newer devices they have watered down the features and raised the prices. In my opinion Note 10 plus definitely worth it In 2022

Using one currently it's a beast of a phone it's surprising how an s22 ultra in 2022 isn't really an upgrade from it
My ideal android phone would have a Samsung screen and body build (w restored features like headphone jack, memory expansion slot, HTC expandable RAM), Pixel software and still camera, iPhone video, straightforward battery replacement. I'm always mildly frustrated with any phone.
I would love to add the LG quad dac and htc/Sony front facing dual speaker.
That's a lot to ask for...
For the record, I'm not saying any of the things are invalid, I would love if Samsung could bring back MicroSD support, but it's kinda impossible to get certain things at the same time. For one, easily-replaceable batteries mean there's pretty much no way the design could look and feel so good while having water resistance. I do think Samsung should replace their gorilla glue level battery adhesive with Xiaomi-style pull tabs, but there's simply no way around the phone being glued shut.
With that being said, the Pixel 6 Pro (which is the device I'm writing this on) is getting really close to Samsung-level hardware, and I'm hoping with future generations of Tensor (with better integration and AI), the video could rival Apple
There is no perfect os. After switching back and forth, I decided to just use both lol. Problem solved.

Am using one right now. Aside from degradation of battery, it still good enough to get me through the day. Performance is fine with the occasional stutters in One UI 4.1
I just ordered a new battery from ifixit and installed it myself now it's running good giving at min 6 hrs of screen on time
I have one now exynos model with 512gb, it is still good for 2023 even in the camera side, battery still last 5 hrs SOT on moderate usage and 3hrs on heavy usage and both with max resolution (3040 x 1440p). If you don't have enough money for the latest units, you can go for 2nd hand units for a fair price at least get note 20 if you want the updates or S21 ultra but note 10 plus is still worth having.
I love the s-pen for snapping pics remotely making notes/grocery lists signing documents and using the s-pen especially for my favorite games sometimes not all the time ill even just navigate with the s-pen so as to keep the screen from greasy fingers after having some chips or something if i need the phone roght away :) just gotten my note 10+
I still love my Note 10 Plus 5G Aura Glow.... Runs like it's new and still can get a day of battery usage Plus the 25w and 45w charging speed is excellent 👍🏾..... Base storage 256gb rom and 12 gb ram plus Expandable memory Omg and for cheap yes a clear win for me ....the only thing I miss is the headphone jack but🤷🏾♀️..I think I'ma keep it another 3 yrs ...or until the battery really degrades 💯🤗❤️

The Galaxy Note 9 is my favorite Android phone and I am still using it. I can't let it go, I love the no notch no camera hole design. The Note 10+ looks good too.

My first Note was the Note4. Then I had the Note8. Now the Note 10+. Looking at s22 Ultra.
I bought a packet or 2 screen protectors. First ones still holding up.
This phones design is advanced ahead people who use all the note series I can still say in 2022 this phone is still good refresh rate no worries for normal users I am using this phone since 1 year and six months all note series are packed with excellent features no other phone brands offer Samsung offers technology and quality but other phones only quality to be honest if you guys who use only note series trust me just root your note plus it's a beast no other phone can match it's speed with custom ROMS the s pen is the crown and glory note series fan will agree with this comment is for note series lover's
love my note 10+ in 2023. everything is still tip top. recently got a battery replacement. only missing that 120HZ display even tho its a bit overrated

I might pick this up. I’ve wanted a note device again since my note 7. I have the z flip 4 and I love it compact form factor and specs are really nice. But it does not have dex. Plus going up to 256 was going to be a $100 jump. Right now on sites like Amazon and itsworthmore the note 10 plus is going for $280-$400. Way less than the z flip for the things I actually want. Might just grab it ❤️

I think the note 10 lite was a great phone and the only time we have ever gotten the proper spen with bluetooth enabled features on a mid range phone, I feel like the a74 needs to bring that feature because not everyone wants to buy the note 20 ultra or s22 ultra for spen some want to spend less money, moto mid range phones don't really compete and I feel like it was a miss oppertunity and they should bring it to the mid range as their mid range phones are most popular they should bring the spen to the top tear a series phone, they could leave out the bluetooth features and add 9m/s or 26m/s latency which is still highly accurate. We need to get basic spen support and feature on atleast one of their mid range device

@@ojrevival I agree that a74 should get spen support and a fully funtional spen like the note except for air action built into the phone and not as round as a53 and not as boxy as the s22 ultra but something in the middle or do s23 s23+ S23 not e and s23 note ultra while pricing the s23 note at 599 and s23 at 699 s23+ 799 and the s23 note ultra at 1099 while giving differentiating the ultra more than just spen aand minor camera and incremental changes or maybe adding new features to the spen such as when u click the top of the spen like a real spen when its outside the phone and you click the top of the pen allowing u to program something or adding a small selfie camera on top of the spen so you can take selfies without looking at your selfie camera on the phone. So far since the note 9 they haven't been adding features to the spen but just making incremental upgrades to the spen latency. I feel like the ultra phone needs to get features like a 6000mAh battery, adding 65W or 80W super fast charging 4.0 and upgrading their usb c port giving us thurderbolt on their ultra phone and tab just like the iPads and the Macs and adding a better processor on their ultra model like for ex s23 ultra or note ultra should get Snapdragon 8 Gen 2+ while the other s23 model and non ultra tab models get the normal 8 Gen 2 and making the processing power difference between non ultra and ultra 40% better as well as the graphics. I feel like the difference between non ultra and ultra phone for most part are spen and the rest changes are so incremental as well as the design, the ultra needs to become more ultra and same applies for the top tear a series phone and the zfold I feel like they should relese 2 varient fold 4 lite at 1199 and zfold 4 ultra at 1499 giving us standard candy bar smartphone aspect ratio when folded and even a bigger screen unfolded, ultra flagship level camera with improvements because the zfold come out around 6-7 months after their flagship smartphones and giving us a 6000mAh battery size. The zfold 3 is what I'd call a lite phone which is overpriced, bring down the price of zflip 4 to 799 zfold 4 lite to 1199 and zfold 4 ultra to 1499 with all the cool features s22 ultra offers

I miss that rainbow coloring. Currently using the S22U White edition.
same here, I traded in my note 10+ aura glow for a S22 U green.... it looks amazing but the note 10+ is still aesthetically out of reach

Honestly, I have Note 10+ and now S22U, what can I say? The Note 10+ is amazing, when I now compare the S22U with my 3 year old Note 10+ I think it really is fantastic. The S22U is good but not a huge leap.

The note 10+ is most definitely peak smartphone, an achievement Samsung is yet to out do themselves in.
I think the s21 ultra was also a beast of a phone even better than s22 ultra
@@anassyed76 Yes it definitely is, tbh I'd would pick it up over the s22ultra. It's like an undercover note, but the big letdown is the empty packaging. If u buy a note 10+ today u get the full package of spen tips, USB c adpater and akg earphones and charger. Samsung is doing their new customers absolute bs nowadays

Why are people saying the 10+ was the last note before the s22 ultra. There was a note 20 ultra in between. So that was the last Samsung note.
S20 Ultra didn't technically have S-Pen support that's probably why.

@@patrickdeleon5374 i dont think you should buy it... since no more android os update anymore... you should buy S21 Ultra or S22 Ultra... i suggest... mine note 10+ exynos version for normal use is ok because im not playing any games... the battery life for daily use have to charge once if you highly use the apps...
