This video is a quick start up followed by a bunch of Wide Open throttle Pulls and Flyby's
Stock OM606 Turbo
DPUK Billet Exhaust manifold
Holset HX35
DPUK 7.7mm

Once we get the driveshaft back I’ll make another with the rpm working so I’m not short shifting.

Noticed a bit of jerking. Do you have the anti jerk kit hooked up on the the DPUK injection pump? (i.e. you drilled the hole and plumbed in the oil line?)
It wasn't then, but it is now.

That's a really big vehicle to have decent milage.

It all depends on driving style people have put these small diesels in HD pickup trucks and still get 20mpg+

@@neverendingprojects What clutch / flywheel did you end up using? I am gathering parts for a 606 / 716.649 into a 1987 300TD wagon and the clutch and flywheel are starting to become a problem to locate. My 606 will be around 400hp with a 7.5mm pump so C230 kompressor stuff may not be an option at those hp levels.

Stock CDI dual mass flywheel and the complete Audi TT clutch or just the disc? I guess I could modify the flywheel to work with anything i want to but a this point but would sure like to keep is simplified for future service.

It matters how Mechanically inclined you are but I would rate it as a 3.5 I guess?
