I found this extremely helpful buddy, this gate has really cleaned up my audio. Thank you for actually explaining what each function does, several other videos just tell you to turn them up or down lol
Very clear and informative, thanks! What would the gate add to the 'new' function of voice isolation? Do you use them together or would you prefer one of them? Would you use the gate also for background music, giving the dialogue some space? Regards from The Netherlands
Thank You, the gate would work with the new voice isolation function, however the voice isolation is likely an advanced gate so it may be redundant. The gate might catch some stuff the voice isolation won't you'd have to test it to know for sure. Yes I would use a gate for background music, but I would set it to lower the volume of the music rather than cut it out.
