When I learned how to fly, we had some nicknames for the controllers in the tower. There was Dopey because he spoke in such a dull, flat monotone. Sounded like he was gonna fall asleep any second. Then there was Spazzy because he was always blowing his top at pilots and screaming at them. The vast majority of the time, his rage outs were unwarranted.
Number 2, the capt happy exchange is always my favorite lol 😆 never fails to amuse me.

Pilot in #2 was correct. His attitude wasn't like ATC. ATC had a calm demeanor. Pilot had a shitty attitude.
