Jun2018 I did a flexibility test for a Marine friend who was at the Penn State School of nursing. I tested as being less flexible than a corpse in rigor mortis. I now have a bet with a paraplegic to touch my toes by Easter, the sad thing is I'm gonna lose. And given the penalty, I don't want to.
Hi Erin, do you also have assistance with range of motion exercises? Any exercise we can get as quads can help our physical & mental health. I find my muscles are much easier to stretch after a hot shower.
I’m a PT and LOVE that you do these daily! Do you also spend time on your stomach as a way to help stretch out your hip flexors, or is that too uncomfortable due to the rod in your neck?

I see a video from other Eirin who is quadripledic and she has extremly limited possibility to move in her body.
There are multiple levels of being a quadriplegic and for me I have slight arm movement so I can use a lot of my upper body to overcompensate. Other people may not have arm function at all or even enough strength to hold up their head. I'm a C5/C6 injury

I don’t usually anymore, but I probably should! I do a lot of stuff with my arms up in my chair though!

I don't have any core function at all! And I don't have any function in my hands either. Just some biceps
