1-> Skilled should let you pick expertise in 3 skills instead of proficiency in 3 skill. Even that might not be worth tho. But it would already be MUCH better.
2-> Mage slayer should give one charge *(Recovered on short rest)* of misty step or some movement skill to allow you to be in the face of casters. That way it remain always somewhat useful even when there are no mages. Otherwise it's exactly has you said and is almost never useful for the hefty cost of a whole feat.
3-> Dungeon Delver should have the added bonus of letting your party short rest 2 more time in dungeon and +1 to a stat of your choice. So it has real utility outside of minor thing that will be handled by any rogue anyway.
4-> Martial adept should give 2 superiority dice and 2 manoeuvre and give +1 in either str, dex or con. Otherwise let's face it... It isn't worth a feat.
5-> Heavily armored is hard to fix. Maybe remove the need for medium and light armor proficiency to acquire it? Let them full plate wizard and sorcerer be a thing? Not sure even that would be worth a feat.
6-> Ritual caster is not worth a feat but the most useful are actually enhanced leap and speak with animal. If you even wanna waste a feat for that. That feat should not exist or fuse it with Magic initiate: wizard.
7-> Durable should be fused with Tough. Call it: Tough and Durable! +2 hit point per level, +1con and regain full health on short rest.
8-> Lightly armored... When we look at light armor an ordinary studded leather armor +2 is better CA than mage armor... Just saying. and it's not hard to get. But that apart you can get powerful effect from some like the elegant studded leather that let you use the spell shield. One of if not the best defensive spell in the game. Heavily armored is bad. Lightly armored is also bad but it's better and more accessible than heavily armored. But yeah some robes are pretty amazing. No one would use a feat for lightly armored anyway. So i can't disagree with you.
9-> Performer is insane i got no clue why it exist! Bard already got instrument and they are the only one who want them. Maybe add proficiency AND expertise in performance on top? But even that is still pretty meh. xD
10-> ''Weapon master'' feels like an insult to it's own name. Unless you allow class like monk to add those weapons to his base proficiency to use flurry of blow and such i see no use for it. Maybe completely change the feat and just make it give a +2 bonus to hit with 1 weapon type of your choice? A bit like the archery fighting style that gives +2 to hit with bows. Heck i'd even consider a +1 bonus to hit acceptable for a feat. Then it would be truly amazing and worthy of it's name.
All in all nice video! Rare that TH-cam recommend something of interest to me. xD

Thank you so much, and glad to see how much thought you put into it! I was preparing to put a "how to make these feats better" video, and I whole-heartedly agree with pretty much everything here. I think the Lightly Armored can be awesome with the right armor, but it takes so long to get online (elegant is in A3) and almost everyone has access to it. The feat's just never necessary for me personally, and someone else can use the elegant while my wiz/sor use the Shield spell :)
Heavily Armored is the most difficult to balance, but BG3 is not a difficult game to win, so I can see how your estimation is fitting. I'd have to look into that one a bit.
Awesome analysis tho. Everything you say is absolutely true and it's great how much thought you put into it!
