    Thank you very much. That's very useful video series. I want to ask there is no any safety margin? For example i calculated 70250 MT cargo but as a safety margin i have to calculate as 70000 MT for not overload certainly.

    please make series of videos where in you teach to do all of this manually using stability booklet that would be a big favour

      I understood your point. However, please note that we mainly focus on practical aspects of any topic which means that we discuss how it is practically done onboard. That’s the whole purpose of running this channel. In case you like to know about manual calculation you can read our blogs on funnel2tunnel.com on similar topic to get an idea.

    Hi again. Why do you keep Water Density 1.00 at SKAW for DWT calculation?

    • @funnel2tunnel360
      @funnel2tunnel360  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is for example purpose and creating a situation while dealing with different densities and to make the problem more challenging!

    Ship is not upright at the condition of departing loading port?

    • @funnel2tunnel360
      @funnel2tunnel360  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please note that during the final trimming stage when the vessel is actually completing the cargo , the chief officer / duty officer ensures that the cargo is loaded in a manner that the ship finishes upright!

    Good Day! How you can check during loading operation that Cargo Hold N 1 will be loaded exactly 96% and Cargo Hold N 4 - 97% ??? There is no marking inside the Cargo Holds. How you can do that??? I tried to find answer to this question in Internet but there is no answer.

    Still your SF BM is not good ,it should be in straight line

    • @funnel2tunnel360
      @funnel2tunnel360  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Getting SF BM as straight line is highly unrealistic esp when you are loading to max value. Hope it clears!
