Right on! I'm a big rib dinner fan (I use leftovers to make rib hash with eggs in the morning for breakfast), I'm going to try your method next time in the crock pot with apple juice and then grilling with sauce over charcoal (Rays is good, I'm trying Kinders Mild BBQ sauce now, but want to go back to Rufus Teague). The drone flying was awesome, and the volume levels were equal through all of the clips... super nice to watch and listen to! I'm a few weeks out from my own trip... hand surgery didn't work this week... going to see the doc next week to see what Plan B is going to be to make my hand work again. Can't wait to get in the pines and cook soon! Cheers! Pete in Arizona - KI7LIL

I cooked them in the Dutch oven for 2.5 hours, probably could have used 1 more hour to make them a little more tender. They were pretty tender but the extra hour would have made them better. I’ll have to try the rib hash one day. Sounds pretty amazing.🤙

@@Banditoboondocker Yessir, I learned about rib hash after visiting Nashville at Sun Records Diner. I thought homemade corned beef hash (not from the can) was something, but rib hash is on another level. Use that seasoned and bbq'd rib meat with hashbrowns (or tater tots) to make a delicious side with eggs for breakfast the next day. I took your note about cooking times with the ribs... I'll cook them in the crock pot in the camper and let them go the extra hours to get super tender before putting them on the charcoal grill. Can't wait. I'm a few weeks out (trip is planned already, just need to get there) but the menu is looking good! Cheers! Pete

Was that grass wet? Suprised it wasn't in a firepit. Looks like forest fire situation.

The grass was green and it actually started raining that evening. Fire pits don’t work in my opinion because when the fire pops, embers fly out and land anywhere, the fire pits don’t contain the embers. Thanks for your concern and for watching the video.👍

If you're to lazy to talk in your videos then those are the ones I don't watch. You may would have more followers if you would decide to talk

Hey Mike, I have never talked in any of my camping videos. I make my videos without talking to hear nothing but the sound of nature and the sounds of the wind. I enjoy the peace and quiet. For me it’s pure serenity, that’s why I camp in such remote places. I hope you can understand that. Thanks
