As an advice, do not ever try to open your laptops lid, while removing the back cover. Otherwise, the laptop's hinge will be at risk. Mine had the same problem but now solved using epoxy glue.
@@FSCONayanShinde The thing is, the body of the laptop is made of plastic and its screw thread which is metal is resting on the plastic body and it is very fragile. When we are removing the back cover, we are unscrewing the main support to the hinge also. So the other screw which helps to support the hinge will come out of the plastic body which is impossible to screw again.

They are both the same except "manufacturer": I bought Samsung and Laptop has SK hynix. SO after that I opened computer settings and what I saw: 16GB (available 7.12 GB). I opened CPU-Z and AIDA64. EVERYTHING looks like it USING the second RAM, even 2[64-bit Chanel. Same clocks, same Frequency. But the only thing is AVAILABLE 7.12 GB !!! Guy in service center said that I need to flash bios but im afraid of this critical manipulation
You can, but two identical ram give more performance. If you need more than 16 gb of total ram, then 16+16 will give much better performance than 8+16.

Bhai, I ordered the same version but it was 3200 version, crucial confirmed that it would work with this laptop from their website only and it didn't worked out, laptop went black, shall I try putting again? On the Amazon, crucial mentioned 3200mts or 2666 and I've read in a acer forum if you put 3200, laptop won't run on that scale but it will downscale to 2666, but in my case nothing worked. Since Amazon has non returnable policy and I didn't know that so I'm just f up lol

Upto 1 TB, but it has only one slot, so you have to remove the old ssd and add new one.
