however the specs are same but 2050 variant was not launched at that time so i took the 1650 variant with 16 gb ram its makkhan for now ii use it mainly for day to day work like seeing notes and moderate gaming (valorant only) very good experience

Its been about 6 months I bought this same laptop. Now I am having issues with overheating. It happens in the left top part of the laptop keyboard and it spreads down till the area around the letter asd in the keyboard. Previously it shutdown once and I noticed the charger port and the part I talked about too hot. It is as hot to burn your skin. It mainly occured when doing high end tasks and gaming but nowadays it casually happens even while I'm normally using it PLUGGED IN. I dont know the reason behind this. Please assist me anyone. Pleasee

I brought this laptop but the rtx 3050 and orange backlit keyboard varient 10 days ago, this laptop has exceeded my expectation! Very happy which my purchase :DD.
One down side of this is the laptop gets hot very fast so cooling pad is a must.

Both have a similar performance but if you're going to carry around the laptop alot I recommend Acer.
Just got the HP Victus R7 7840HS, RTX 3050 6GB. Man its freaking awesome. HP has improved literally everything regarding it. Camera privacy shutter, and mostly the hinge. Cant be opened with 1 hand anymore 😅. Rest its THE BEST go for it.

i recently purchased the MSI Bravo 15 R5 5600H a couple of weeks ago, and it is definitely the best laptop under 55k (I got it for just 44K with a GST invoice). I am easily getting 70-100 fps in GTA 5 on Very High graphics settings, 30-50 fps and sometimes even 100 fps in Miles Morales, and a pretty constant 144 fps in Valorant and CSGO. The only issue I have is with the after-sales service, but I don't think I'll need it within a year or so.
And around 60~ fps in Warzone 2.0 and 75-80 in Battlefield 1
I forgot to mention that I have not upgraded the ram, still using 8gb

I purchased this one in last year big billion day sale. Specifications are undoubtedly beyond expectations. The only thing that disappointed me was the service experience. Service is pretty bad of Acer.
Battery performance is poor because of battery consumption of gpu.
You can compromise on speakers and low resolution display, but can't on battery.
If you are an office going guy and want something that can do your office, excel, chrome things then go for lightweight machines. This is an overkill.
Is it good for coding and programming?

I hope this one with H serious process will be a killer. Just check the cpu clock speed and ram frequency.

Everything is similar except the display refresh rate aur GPU. I bought it for 53k with 1650 and it is offering 2050 around 55k with 144hz display. No issues. Not a big jump at all!

Very confused between Vivobook Pro 15, Ryzen 5 5600H 16Gb, 4GB RTX 3050 and Acer Aspire 7 (2023) Core i5 12th Gen 12450H 16 GB 4GB RTX 3050.
Both cost 62-65k at the moment.
I'm an office professional handling large excel files, a bit of after affects, illustrator projects and occasional gaming like injustice 2, Miles Morales etc.
Considering the after sales support and longevity I'm leaning a bit towards Asus as Acer doesn't have a good reputation in this department.
Can anyone who has any of these laptops help me decide?
If battery is one of your priority you can go for vivobook pro 15 (5-6 hours) and even it has a separate app for all those features

Bro.. suggest me one thing. At offline stores of acer they offered me 2 laptops today. First is Nitro 5 and other is aspire 7.. both has exactly same specifications even clock speeds are same but price difference is huge. Nitro 5 is Rs.12800 more than aspire.
(Aspire has 60hz display which is not worth Rs.12.8K of course so i can manage) both have i5 12450h,16/512gb,4gb rtx3050, ips display.
