thank you for your continued coverage of this game. def shopping for my next playthrough's class/build and i really appreciate content like this to help inform my decisions
You get a sub simply for listing out your progression at the end. Also really glad to see a Sab build as I'm really wanting to play that class/subclass. (current spellblade)
I have a similar build but using the unique abilities always crit ring + chest that gives heal when gaining an advantage. It makes it so the turret always crits = more or less infinite momentum and you can perma spam exploding daggers. Have fun!
Garb of kinship + maw of the black city + twin buckle binding pretty much makes every single build in the game completely broken. I just don’t use it in my builds because firstly it would just be a little repetitive and boring 😂 but also I don’t want them to nerf it and then every build to be useless
There's still some breathing room for charged weak point shots even on nightmare. It does require creating opportunities with Neve who can lock down enemies / using the mage time slow spell. The slow-down skill right before veil ranger tree is super helpful too. If you're using Maw of the Black City, I think there's a case for non-lich Emmerich too. The low threshold passives on the armor and his passive is pretty useful. I haven't used it, but what do you think of the Helping Hand amulet? Always having max arrow count seems interesting, especially since you're not really firing charged weak point shots anyway.
I don’t like the amulet, arrows aren’t really valuable enough to use an amulet slot on. I don’t even think I would use it if it didn’t have a downside.
Hard to say both honestly make the game pretty easy, I think this one is easier to use and I overall had more fun with it but the other one does a little more damage
Warrior is still a few weeks out I’m just finishing my mage play through right now so those will be starting this weekend, a lot of people are asking about Champion though so I’ll try to expedite it
@@Red_Gael can't wait for your mage builds ! I'm trudging through NM on a mage atm and trying ot make a staff work in the early-mid game (do not do this lmao).
I pretty much just played it like a weaker version of rogue with the orb and dagger for the early game, the orb and dagger are cheeks but the staff felt even worse
@@Red_Gael now that around level 30, the staff is really coming online, but boy howdy does it suuuuuuck in the early game and I have tortured myself using it as often as I have. The orb and dagger whips so hard in comparison.
You might be saving it for the Veil Ranger build but combining the “knock out passive” (charged attacks deal crit damage against low health enemies) with the “a pale reflection” amulet ( 20% damage vs low health enemies and all standard enemies are always considered to have low health) absolute shreds all enemies excluding bosses. Even then you still do crazy weakpoint damage to bosses with the Gripper
Im not 100% sure, but i don't think the helmet works like you think it does. The wording says "if they share the same ability type", not "if they share the same ability damage type". For that helm to work, i think you need all 3 abilities to be the same type, like tool, projectile, duration, etc.
@@CouchGuy19 honestly re reading I think you’re right, rather vague description but it does kind of seem that way. Might have to do some research. Luckily for this build helmet doesn’t really matter at all.
@Red_Gael Only reason I even caught on to it is because I'm doing a similar build, except I'm going veil ranger with explosive dagger spam, and I wanted to use that helmet as well. But once I read it, I didnt like the combination of abilities it would take, because it's either 3 projectile or 3 duration, and I really wanted to use explosive trap and pilfer.
@ after thinking about it that makes this hat even stronger now because you can now juice abilities with this and triple tap instead of one or the other
All-Mother's Copse drops from the accessories chest when you fight the ogre champions, it is located where the blight bubble was for all of them. Only the last champion does not have it, because that one is a unique chest. So getting the legendary version should be easy. Nice build guide, btw.
Yo nice video, btw I the slayer kinda suck to be honest the 2H weapons are so slow and clunky there was a lot of time that the sword and shield was doing more damage😂. Lots people are having more fun with reaper and champion I finished the game as a slayer and it was so boring. Can’t wait for your next video bro 👍
I’ve never been a fan of great hammers in games and the slow attacks, so that’s why those builds will be last 😂 I am looking forward to champion though.
I think that in this game the builds most funny is Rogue and Warrior, Mages is really builshit, when u spend many times with basic attacks waiting for use Skills...
Carastes double hat does not in fact work with three physical damage types, it’s still not bad but a better option would be recruits war hat

Is this build stronger than your duelist? I'm really struggling picking a build for my rogue

Can you add pictures of skill tree too of order it easy to look and follow that way
Yea I did that with the last video but I wasn’t sure if anyone cared lol and it takes alot of work so I left it out for this one but I’ll add it back
@@Red_Gael yea google sheet order it kinda confusing me to look around on skill tree to find name of the skill
whats the green stuff that swirls around you sometimes?

Dang well I did do every quest and fight possible so I must’ve just missed the chest for one of em
@@Red_Gael I remember one of the chests being kinda hidden, I think it's the champion in Hossberg.
@@Xeteh yup this one was it, I remember I fought the scarecrow at the same time as the champion so I just completely forgot to grab his loot
Is it just me or did I skip the part of the video where the full skill tree is shown?
14:29 its pretty easy to miss because I only have it up for 3 seconds but I also know people are just going to pause it anyway lol
Your name sounds so familiar but you only have DA videos. Did you used to make guides for other games?
I have not, just started like 2 months ago

Mages have by far the most absolutely nuts endgame but the first half of the game is much more difficult
maybe the early game yeah, but once you get a few pieces of equipment, mana and cooldowns almost become a non-issue.
