- Try this one-bowl chocolate cake recipe that is quick, easy, and delicious! It looks complicated but I made it #SIMPOL even for first-time bakers! Try this at home!
Ingredients:
SET A:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsps. black coffee powder
2 tsps. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
SET B:
1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
2 whole eggs
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup all-purpose cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsps. cornstarch
1/ 2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened
cocoa powder 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed milk (396 ml)
1 can evaporated milk (396 ml)
2 Tbsps. Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
CUSTARD FILLING
INGREDIENTS:
1 can evaporated milk (396 ml)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
4 Tbsps. cornstarch
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Chef, how long should you leave the vinegar in milk before you can mix them with the egg mixture, or can you mix them all immediately?

I tried this recipe , and it turns out really yummy and so moistyy cake... only one thing happen, there is a "after taste "... i think its because of I put 2 tsp of baking soda... maybe 1 tsp of baking soda is enough?

We're are the ingredients used how much? And why can't they give the oven temperature? How many of us understand 150°c is. Cake does look delicious. But, in my opinion he makes it hard with too many steps to looks to be a very moist chocolate cake.
