- EASY SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE. Full recipe video.
Cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teapoon baking soda
1 tsp iodized salt
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup corn oil
1 tablespoon plain white vinegar
2 cups room temp water
Frosting:
2 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups dark chocolate chips / chopped chocolate
1/4 cup salted butter
Tips:
• you can also turn this recipe into cupcakes. One recipe will make 2-3 dozen, 3oz cupcakes.
• no oven? Steam it for 25-35 mins or until almost firm.
• the recipe has NO EGGS, to keep the cake softer and fudgier (resistance-free).

I just made a chocolate cake using this recipe, and it’s the best one I’ve made so far! I used dutch-processed cocoa powder for the cake, and used Callebaut for the ganache. It’s so rich and chocolatey :) I love it. I’m surely gonna make another one in the future, but im gonna tweak the ganache to make it much thicker.

Ginawa ko din yong caramel bar sobrang sarap! 🤪 hirap ako before gumawa ng caramel bar kasi parang nagiging cakey sya pero nung triny ko yong recipe chef na perfect ko agad agad huhu. Hi Chef RV! I've been watching this video endless times already, scared that I might fail on doing it. But I didn't! It was perfect. I baked it the other night just for fun and sumakto pa na birthday ng kuya ko the next day. I thought, magiging fail yung gawa ko because it was my first time to bake and my expectations on the outcome is very low. PERO AYUN NGAAA, IT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY. My family and some relatives loved it! Kasi hindi siya masyadong matamis, which is a big thumbs up for them. Thank you Chef! Will do some of your recipes next time :)

I remember making this kind of cake a long time ago, 30 years ago. It was called Wacky Cake because there’s No butter, eggs or milk. Then the wacky ingredient - vinegar. Just as good as the rich Chico cake. Made this immediately with my apos. They gave it a thumbs up. Chef RV explained very well what was to me a mysterious cake. Thanks Chef.

this recipe is legit easy to make. all the ingredients are all available in the kitchen plus less cost kc no milk and egg. pro ung result the best. super moist. I tried cooking it by steam and oven pro both are super moist.
