i flew 2 weeks ago! This was my first flight with Air India. the flight was almost full. i slept for about 3 hours. ZRH-DEL-BKK 300eur one way. Airport security was very slow, there were not many people doing the transfer, but it took a long time!

Air India offers only business class and economy class on boeing 787 aircraft. As an Indian, I have say this is the worst airline on planet earth. By an effing mile. Their a350s remind me on what emirates did....15 years ago. Absolute TRASH
According to my experience, air india is a good company, of course, if the price was like Emirates, then it would be a different matter, but for example, I paid one third of what I would pay if I flew with emirates. And hardly any company can compete with Emirates and Qatar.

Standing with namaste, hands front and hands at back, all are polite gestures. Namaste is done mainly at the door of the airplane
