I’m no longer scared to do the things I love doing. Continue to live your life as you wish and find coping strategies that protect your ears. I never leave the house without noise cancelling AirPods, moulded musicians earplugs and my iPhone which has a massive selection of sound therapy apps. Bring it on Mr T, I’m ready for you and you won’t win!

I'm full of gratitude this morning to God and you . I'm standing here enjoying my regular tinnitus as a 2 weeks Spike has ended going to enjoy every minute. If there were more videos on defeating the fear that comes with it like yours. people would have hope and not feel alone. Noone knows about mine. Thank you for all your videos. Wish millions could find them. Instead of all the silly pull-on on your ear stuff be cured in 30 seconds videos.do you have any idea how important the work you are doings is? I hope so. Im back. Haha. Thanks for being here, spike left, returned hours later. Nooooo,,, BUT im not going to fear. It gets NO importance. Going babysitting and will enjoy their laughter. This thing has no more control thanks entirely to YOUR videos. Thanks again for being here.

You really capture EXACTLY whats happening in my mind when a loud sound happen. I also got hyperacusis which make all sounds sound ALOT louder then they actually are. Dropping a knife at the floor literally sounds like someone throwing a handgrenade next to me..... This video is by far the best and i really appreciate it! Helps me trying to rewap my thinking habits! :)

My toddler started to scream around six months ago, maybe longer. I started wearing earplugs occasionally around her due to this. But my T never got worse. But my anxiety did. The missus will sometimes bang pots and pans, so I started wearing my plugs a little more. The T didn't get worse. But my anxiety did.
Fast forward to now and I wear them almost all day in fear of fear. I'm in a rut, I know it's psychological but I'm aware of it and I'm trying to fix it.

I had have tinnitus for 10 years. I was completely habituated but now I have and spike for a couple of weeks and then really frustrates me

Hi Rick thank you 🙏. I use CapCut . Used lots of different programs over the years but CC is just amazing and it’s free. Absolutely brilliant program I think
