- I'm going to show you How to Throw a Cast net. The method that I use is called the Triple Load. This cast net method was the easiest way for me to quickly learn How to Throw a Large Cast Net. It is called the triple load because the net is broken into 3 parts. Master the load and then just throw.

Throwing a cast net can be intimidating, but with the right technique and practice, anyone can do it. The Triple Load method is an effective way to learn how to throw a large cast net quickly and easily.
To begin, lay out the cast net on the ground, making sure that the lead line is at the bottom and the braille lines are on top. Then, fold the net into thirds, creating three sections of the net. The first section should be about a third of the net, the second section should be another third of the net, and the final section should be the remaining third of the net.
Next, hold the net with one hand on the bottom third and the other hand on the top two-thirds of the net. Take the lead line in your teeth or in your hand and begin to gather the net into your hands, starting with the bottom third. As you gather the net, make sure to keep the net in your hands loose and untangled.
Once you have the net gathered, place it on the ground with the braille lines facing up. Then, begin to work the braille lines back and forth, folding the net back on itself until it is compact and ready to be thrown.
To throw the cast net, hold the net in one hand and the lead line in the other. Then, swing the net over your head in a circular motion, building momentum with each swing. When you are ready to throw, release the net and lead line simultaneously, allowing the net to spread out and sink to the bottom.
With practice, you can master the Triple Load method and become proficient in throwing a large cast net. Remember to take your time and focus on the technique, and before you know it, you'll be catching fish with ease.
In addition to the Triple Load method, there are a few other tips and tricks that can help you throw a cast net successfully. One such tip is to use hanks, which are loops of rope or line that are used to secure the net and prevent tangles. Keep the videos coming brotha!!! I personally do soak my new nets in a bucket with fabric softener then give it a good rinse. But be careful about who you pull your net out in front of because it will still smell pretty girly for the first few throws and you will get some weird looks!!! Lol
