The pages aren’t out of order, it’s just when they first made midlegs in 2018 they didn’t know how they would use them so they were thrown on random minifig s in the CMF
I pre order this but what was delivered was just the book without the figure, this happen to the Percy mini figure too, I have to order the same book twice in order to get him.
be fore warned If you pre ordered from Amazon be extremely careful because they are not promised to replace or get you that particular minifigure that was promised. Also be fore warned that the seller on Amazon will also do a switch from what you pre ordered into something that later they change their page information and send you the item from the later and not what you pre ordered. Also Lego did not know Rita Skeeter was being release from this book when I contacted Lego about this problem so going to them will only make you feel like you are running in circle like a chicken without its head. This is my message of warning on DW books of Lego and the pre ordering .

That face print for Rita would fit almost perfectly as the fairy godmother from Shrek 2, the only part that's a bit off is the glasses.

CMF series Dumbledore and Voldemort are in the proper place despite being released in 2018. It’s going in order of the movies not the set releases
Hands up if you buy DK or Ameet books because hey, minifigure.
Now I feel like Ash should push DK to put his avatar as an exclusive Minifigure in some future book. 😆

You should try getting in touch with the Lego customer service! They might be able to provide that missing figure for you free of charge!
