- Today, we're building LEGO's ultimate Hogwarts Castle build featured in the back of the instructions for Summer 2023! So there's seven sets from 2021 - 2023 combined to make this build specifically.
The only sets featured in this video that LEGO sent me was the Gryffindor Common Room and the Battle of Hogwarts set!

Having the final battle as the final set to complete the castle was a nice touch
I was not a huge fan of the new Hogwarts sets at first and I having bought any yet, but seeing this display piece is making me reconsider!
Super cool how you can combine these together, they should do that for more themes

I don’t collect Harry Potter sets, but when I saw how this could combine I went out and got them all. Can’t wait until June 1st so I can combine them all!

Thanks for the dimensions of the completed castle build. Looking for a display table and want to get one before I have all of the sets.
I stopped adding to my collection a couple of years ago because of thinking I wouldn't get to create the whole hogwarts castle after the micro hogwarts castle was brought out, I'm a minifig fan and really dislike micros, so now I need to catch up on everything I've missed buying so I can complete this beauty 😍

They do. But it’s a separate style. I wanted to just focus on LEGOs suggested build and the other ones in this new style
Yeah I have the 2018 great hall. Didn’t realize they released a more modular version of it, but it looks nice

Once I saw the build, that suddenly made the third wave of Hogwarts castle sets my favorite. The first one has the vertical stackability, but it’s blocky. The second wave had the best detail, but connects in an odd horizontal way with no flexibility on angles. This wave combines the best of both waves. Plus I hate nanofigure scale, and passed on a lot of cool sets because of it.
i've been collecting and only need three. the grey roofed sets look SO good and i love tinkering with these. so glad it looks this amazing.
edit: i also cannot stand nano figures so... this is cool

I NEEDED this video to help assemble the model lol. The images in the instruction booklets were too small, so thank you so much! One change I made was instead of putting Lockheart's office (from the Chamber of Secrets set) below the stairs i put it with the fluffy rooms (and put those to the right of the Room of Requirement/Clock Tower) then put the devil's snare room where the booklet said to put Lockheart's office. This is now the most massive LEGO Castle I own. It almost puts the 2022 Lion Knight's castle to shame, having it on the same table XD
I don’t collect Harry Potter Lego, but now I’m considering getting them all (when they go on sale) to get that sweet playscale castle. If not for me, for my cousins who really like Harry Potter

So I just need the new final battle set. It looks like the staircase gwp or gryfindor common room isn't in the back of book. I had to change my interior portion of hogwarts after I got the room of requirement. They really need to stop making these connectable castles after doing the gray and now these new green sets. This is incredible. This will get my videos back up and running. Have been in a rut. Thanks ash! Ur my fav on here.

This does look fabulous!! We will be trying this out BUT we keep hoping that someone will work out how to place a few of the sets so that the functionality works especially for the bathroom and Fluffy's trap door. Expecting that this will take a lot of trials. Then there are all the 2018 sets..😂 Simply put we need more HP content creators that are still doing these types of builds.

This looks magical! However, I have one question. Can you place the polyjuice potion mistake set above the slide down into the chamber or is that a flaw of the set?

the castle looks so epic only is i would swap the lockharts classroom with the polyjuice potion set to make the slide functional
I like that they had thought out how to connect everything, like they did with the original sets. But, as an adult who doesn’t actually play with my LEGO sets, I prefer the microscale set for the detail rather than the play set versions.
I'm much the same. Plus, as blasphemous as it'll sound, I can't stand the green roofs. I know they're classic. I know they give a nod to the 20 years of lego potter. Don't care. I just hate how they look. To me the new combined sets look so messy.
This looks really good, but why didn’t you put the abandoned bathroom set over the Chamber of Secrets? It has a feature where the bathroom set leads directly into the Chamber.

Impressive! But I don’t like the fact that this official combination doesn’t care about the connections between the toilets and the Chamber of Secrets, nor does it include the Fluffy set. I shall make something half official, half custom when I’ll built all of those sets !

I don’t like that the bathroom isn’t over the chamber of secrets slide bit. If I ever decide to get all of these (as I have every 2018 style hogwarts) I’m gonna change that

Combining these sets together reminds me of the McDonald’s toys of the early 2000s that combined (Tarzan, inspected gadget)

It’ll take me a while to get these different sets but what I will do is get the 2021’s first then 22’s then current.
What are the numbers of those additional sets (not included in official "combain set")?
I wonder if this is the end of this castle and whether we will get the start of a new castle next year. I also think if they showed they were building up to this these sets would have sold better.
i sure hope so. it always bothered me how crowded the castle parts are as in many figures but the place is small. well now this makes the castle seem decently big but when there are 20 minifigs it again seems like the local grocery shop where everyone is touching everyone. so yea they need to do the castle like 1.5 times bigger without adding any figures

I am so glad that I bought the previous sets before, but I kinda do feel regret for buying the grey roof ones, not that I don't like them, it is just that I do prefer the green ones more

I have the nano/micro figure set and love it. I really like this minifigure size as well, but the light green roof color is off to me. I much prefer the dark grey.

It's using the pieces that they use to fly around from the 2021 wave
My only problem with this connection is the fact that the flying lesson set, fluffy encounter set and the GWP’s aren’t included. Theres also no continuity w/ the bathroom and slide unfortunately

I have almost all of them (besides room of requirement and the new battle of hog warts) But all of them, besides the office, are destroyed. I think I might rebuild them all if I find enough room.
Myrtle's Bathroom is supposed to on top of the Chamber of Secrets because the bathroom is the entrance to it.
Also, the Room Of Requirements is supposed to be on the top floor of Hogwarts
My issue is that it’s not enclosed. I like minifigure scale more as well, but I like have enclosed buildings more, so for that reason I’d have to go with the micro figure scale castle.
That’s just me. That being said it’s truly nice to have all the little Easter eggs from the minifigure scale sets.

Looks surprisingly accurate, but have you ever realized how they have the Room of Requirement face outward? Isn’t it supposed to be a room coming from a wall inside of the castle?
Also, it would be cool to see this rearranged to the Hogwarts Legacy layout of the castle

What really annoys me is that Lego doesn’t have the entrance to the chamber of secrets above the slide into the chamber.
I going to have to change it so that the bathroom is over the chamber of secrets some how.
