I'm now 64 years old and I still love instrumental easy listening music. I miss my aunt, Mima, short for Domenica. This rendition of a classic, Moon River, is beyond compare. Just gorgeous. May be the best arrangement of a classic movie theme I’ve ever heard. Wonderful intro, and I appreciate that the arrangement ends with the airy coda from the film. Beautiful, haunting harmonica. The harp’s 3-notes (minor 6th?) against the harmonica’s melody at 0 :55 is ingenious. The cellos’ spare, tender, entrance at 1 :11 is lovely. The shimmering passing chord at 1 :34 made me cry. Ravishing.
