Lucy, that old lady you have great respect for said the right thing, very rightfully so. She might have been a clairvoyant in the way that it's not fair to keep you all to herself while talking and deny others the chance of talking to you and picking up a lot from you, like it's now that you talk on TH-cam and learners of English have you on your channel.
What the old lady said doesn't exactly do you an injustice. This talk (25 smart sentences) is absolutely fantastic. I learned like never before.
My suggestion for number 17 is : What prevents us form staying in touch?

This is such a big help for people like me - I've lived in the UK for over a decade and have returned to my home country Germany in 2018. Since business in Germany is usually done in German, I have noticed my English getting worse quite quickly. So hearing "normal" English is a big help, thanks a lot!
