    Hi Mandy!
I’m a labor nurse and had never used peanut balls to push before. I found your channel and started watching many of your videos. Last night at work I tried pushing with the peanut ball with my primip after so many different positions. We pushed on the peanut only a handful of times and when I turned her back to semi-fowlers she pushed once and was ready for delivery!! I thank you so much for opening my mind to this way of pushing- I will be using it often! Just amazing!! Keep up the great content!

You are amazing! Thank you so much for the info! I'm due in a couple weeks & doing a home birth.. Trying to stop saying how scared I am, but I am almost in tears... Had a horrific 1st experience 18 years ago - trying everything I can to have a better experience this time

    I'm 33 weeks pregnant today.
I'm adding "do you have exercise and peanut balls at the hospital" to my list of what to ask my midwife at my next appointment.

I am 30 weeks pregnant with baby #7. I find a lot of encouragement with your videos. I hadn't heard of a peanut ball until you, but now I have one! I just want to learn how to use it. I have had 3 epidurals and 3 natural and want to do natural again this time, but need some encouragement. Just started a vlog too so looking forward to more of your birth tips. What are your thoughts on a doula?

I’m coming back to watch all your videos. I’ve been in L&D for 34 hours now and have been stuck at 6-7cm with water intact for almost 24 hours. I’m
36w 6d and their policy won’t let them break my water or induce me to finish it off. They can induce me starting tomorrow when I’m 37 weeks. I figured Now’s the time to use all your birthing ball methods! Somethings gotta get the job done right?

Great video! Labor nurse here. I use peanut balls and I’m learning more from you. Never heard of pushing with them! Question - are moms with epidurals able to do that side lying pushing with the peanut, pulling it toward the face?

I asked for a peanut ball when I started pushing and they said no! :/ I pushed for an hour, why were they so concerned that the ball would be in the baby's way? Oh well.

I couldn't imagine laboring on my back! That sounds miserable. I know people get epidurals & aren't allowed to move or move much, but that would be hell on earth to me. I squated my baby out. I had a birth ball at home to keep contractions going & a birth ball at the hospital to help keep working her down & out. I gave birth at St Marys in Richmond, VA. They have a pull bar attachment so i could pull on that while i squatted.

Premier birth tools only ships to the US. How can I get a 50cm peanut ball in Canada? On Amazon I'm only seeing 45cm as the largest they sell. Thanks for your help!

Emily Walsh that’s sounds great! You’ll need to research your local college for an AS or BSN program for registered nurse. Complete prerequisite classes. Programs are about 2 years plus prerequisite classes. Good luck!
