Brilliant lecture, one of the most underappreciated on TH-cam. On "Spiritual exercises", the Buddhists and Hindus have specialized in developing methods of tapping into The Self (The One, not the personality or mind). One must transcend the mind and tap into "Reality as it truly is". The following will help. Access "Mahamritunjaya mantra - Sacred Sounds Choir" and listen to it for at least 3 min per day for at least 3 weeks. You may be able to tap into "The Self" (The Transcendental Absolute) and merge with it, with more practice. (if not already).
