    Hello, do you know if that is possible to set UNV PTZ camera rotating mode with object tracking?

    • @NellysSecurity
      @NellysSecurity  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, there are Uniview PTZs with autotracking. You can filter cameras on our website based on the intelligent events. Here are all Uniview autotracking PTZs: www.nellyssecurity.com/video-surveillance/security-cameras/autotracking.html

    Can you guys confirm that the VCA detection features (cross line, intrusion etc) stop working when running Uniview cameras in Corridor Mode? This is what their support team are telling me which seems to be a massive bug/ limitation.

    Do you get a lot of false alerts when light from cars shine on the line crossing areas?

    • @NellysSecurity
      @NellysSecurity  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Greg,
      With basic motion, you can get false alerts since its pixel-based. That's why we'll typically recommend using the smart events to help get rid of false triggers!

      @@NellysSecurityHi, thank you for your answer. My question was directed at using only the line crossing feature. I ask this because my friend has security cameras (I think they are Dawua cameras) and he tells me that he gets a lot of false positives if a neighbor's car lights shine on the line at night.

    you need a Ph.D. to follow everything you said. I need a simple, basic, much less complicated camera,

      Hey Sam!
      We try our best to keep things as simple as possible. While our UNV line does have a ton of bells and whistles, we have a much more friendlier R-series line.
      Definitely reach out to us at customerservice@nellyssecurity.com 855-340-9999
      And we'll take care of you!
