If your installer is not knowledgeable I wouldn't bother asking them. Instead, you should contact Uniview tech support directly for a password reset. Visit the Uniview website for contact information for North America, Europe, Latin America, etc. It's under "Contact Us" and then click "Headquarters" to select your region from the dropdown menu.
@9:05 is probably the easiest way to find the speed setting for playback, click the speed icon at the bottom first and then the speed setting should be shown with the video. It doesn't need enabling. Hope this helps.
Hi can you help me, I'm getting too many notification especially night time boggs are flying front of the camera and I'm getting notification on my phone and is very annoying How do I stop getting notification for bugs? Thank you
The NVR has to be online (connected to the internet) in order for you to unbind it. Make sure it's connected to your router before unbinding the device. If that doesn't work, try setting the NVR to DHCP in the TCP/IP settings and try again.
The favorites feature is not available in UNV-Link right now - however I'm confirmed with Uniview that it will be added in a future update. We also love the favorites and can't wait for it to arrive on UNV-Link!

Yes, the NVR needs to be connected to your router so that you can view your cameras remotely from the UNV-Link App.
How to view unv cctv on "google tv version 12"???
On "google tv os ecosystem version 12 or latest" these apps are not available

can i get it on laptop ?
No, the UNV-Link app is only available on Android and iOS devices. It cannot be downloaded on a laptop.
How do you unbind the device? It comes up with an error saying i am not on the same network.
