Hello, How do you delete a former employee access. I deleted their username, but the person can still access the cameras via EZ View. The employee scanned the QR so didnt have to sign in to EZ view app. Any suggestions. Thanks!

I want to be able to store the face of the thieves that I have caught stealing and get a notification if those people return to the store. Hello, this video covers face detection. Face detection will only detect the presence of the face and does not do further analytics. Please reach out to your Sales representative for "facial recognition" to accomplish your goal.
