Let me assure you that from the perspective of a red-blooded man it’s a pleasure looking at your face and those glasses did not detract from that pleasure! Blue light from display screens like televisions, phones, tablets and computer monitors is clinically proven to pose absolutely no threat to eye health. Natural daylight will bombard you with 20 times more blue light than any display screen. Your eye strain and resulting headaches are caused by the abnormally long period of time your eyes focus on one object at a fixed distance. Try averting your gaze regularly. Glance occasionally at your handsome colleague at the other end of your office. It will help. ‘Blue blockers’ were a huge scaremongering and hugely successful marketing campaign. The only caveat to blue light is that it reduces the production of melatonin, the sleep inducing hormones. This can be substantially reduced by setting your screen to ‘night mode. Having your glasses tinted with an anti reflective coating, or having a yellow or green lens!
Honestly Katie you should get a smarter pair that goes a long with your prettie face. The review is/was so wonderful but I didn't like that particular glass design you were wearing because it made your face look kind of large and they kind of appear prettie masculine. I suggest you get yourself a linear design....just my thoughts but 100% thanks for the review. I ended up buying some (not exactly what you are wearing) for myself and they are great. Thanks Katie.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I came across you again. I first came across you about 3 years ago when you were prescribed with your first glasses. You were nice enough to reply to my comment. I'm sure that you don't remember my comment but besides telling you how nice you looked wearing I was also hoping to provide you with some reassurance about wearing your glasses because nearly everyone is a good bit shy at first being seen for the first time wearing glasses. Based on your own admission you apparently don't wear your glasses nearly as often as you should. Even if your prescription is on the weak side there is no doubt that you would be able to see better if you were in fact wearing glasses more often. In your video back then you didn't say why or what you were supposed to wear glasses for? Most likely you're slightly nearsighted and aren't able to see things at distance as well as you should. I'm a retired optician and being even slightly nearsighted means that you really should wear glasses whenever driving even if you think you don't need glasses. Trust me, your reaction time without glasses is considerably less than if you have your glasses on. That could be the difference in reacting quick enough to stop before hitting a small animal. Glasses would also be a help to you at concerts and sporting events as well as going to see a movie or even just watching TV will be clearer with your glasses. You maybe surprised that if you wanted to it would be perfectly okay to wear your glasses all the time if you wanted to. You're never going to over wear your glasses and you won't ever do any harm to your eyes by wearing your glasses too much. Personally as a former optician I think your blue light blocking glasses are a little too big for your face. But being a thinner wire frame aviator style really helps because they aren't hiding or blocking hardly any of your face. If they were a bolder black plastic frame I would hate them on you. And since you seem to enjoy wearing them maybe they will inspire you to start wearing your prescription glasses more often. Before you ordered these glasses you really should have gone and gotten your eyes examined if the last time was back 3 years ago when you got prescribed glasses. Since them your eyes have almost certainly changed a bit so you probably need a new prescription anyway. Then you could have gotten your glasses and had the blue light blocking coating added on at the same time you were getting new glasses.

Hey.. you look pretty ☺️
I know this was ages ago, but like I watched this as I wearing my blue light glasses from Quay Australia, haha
those glasses don't do shit. The chick said "the glasses block out the blue light that is harmful". The fact is that blue light has no harmful characteristics on your eyes whatsoever. Do some real research. All experts agree with what I told you. The people who say they feel better in them are all duping themselves...Ever heard of the placebo effect??
@@B-DINO I got told to get them from my eye doctor and they've helped my eye strains :/
you look so fantastic with glasses! could you please try and wear reading glasses from the dollar store for a week?
How many times can someone say LIKE?
i’m not proud of it
Honestly Katie you should get a smarter pair that goes a long with your prettie face.
It's very sad indeed that people's entire lives revolve around looking at a screen.
I love you
those glasses are supa cute on you
oh my god thank you ms keisha
They are super ineffective on her too lol
Look it up. Every expert in the eye profession will tell you the glasses do absolutely nothing and that blue light isn't even harmful to the eyes. It's all a scam. Have you ever heard of the placebo effect?
The style of glasse that you got look like sunglasses no offense but you should have picked another one no hate ❤️
You look model?
This is totally irrelevant to the video but she looks a lot like Felicity from Arrow

Then you could have gotten your glasses and had the blue light blocking coating added on at the same time you were getting new glasses.
atleast any one read this completely???
Damn you made an essay
