Hi was wondering how the S1 shifter was holding up? Seen a few bad reviews when using it in anger, but trend seems to be more positive on the T56 Mag-F, just wondering what your thoughts are on the shifter? Just reading the comments and see you’re completely redoing the powertrain on this car, doesn’t sound like it’s the shifter that’s prompted the change but any chance you could confirm that?
Nah it wasn't the shifter I was over rpm'ing the T56, also a T56 wont hold the power my new combo will be making so thats the main reason I'm going T400.
@@RKGarage thanks! appreciate the reply, so you’ve had no real issue with the S1 shifter, info/reviews are really hit and miss Also only recently found out about the t56 troubles changing gear at high rpm, I’ve also heard it’s when the box gets hot, just wondering what sorta rpm you were struggling at? And was it just getting out of 2nd?
Funny story haha, this car is currently getting a Billet 4.2L stroker and T400. I have sold every part of of this driveline, only thing I still have is the intake manifold and turbo manifolds haha

Its still a turbo V6...
Its just a billet stroker now and will be upwards of 1200hp....
@@RKGarage oh right stroked, wish i could have put my alloytec up against your 3.8 turbo, i just made 405hp with a pro-charger
