Yeah, when watching the reaction, and she said "You boy*s*" and I was like, oh my god, it's plural (not a native English, so didn't catch up on it on the first time)

There's an interesting editing trick that involves somebody asking a question and then they immediately cut to an image of what the answer is. In the last episode the lizard woman asked "what are you going to sacrifice" and it immediately cut to Rory. It was the answer to the question she asked.

to be fair to 11 all the versions of the doctor are extremely reckless. 9 had plenty of reckless moments as well. in the empty child episode he literally brings the dangerous kid to the room he, rose, and jack are in. And in boom town he takes Margret/Blon (the Slitheen) out to dinner (a known murder).

There’s a line in the old show where the Doctor corrects the name, says they should actually be called Eocenes, ’properly speaking.’ Same writers and creatives involved so it’s not like it’s professional snark. Maybe they did more research before the second story or something?

Yes thank you I understand the difference between TH-cam and patreon. My main issue is that he focused too much in the negative difference and did not include the positive common interest like if the humans gave them a place to live like the deserts then the silurians would provide scientific and technological advancements that were beyond humanities dreams. Not a fair TH-cam representation of the negiotions I felt.

If there's one DW side character that angers me, it's Ambrose. I know she's written that way, but she still angers me.

Always bothered me how a taser murdered someone, not to mention she was wearing some form of body armour as well as being a lizard person
If it was metallic armour, it would be conductive. And it's not unheard of for people to have heart attacks from being tased, bear in mind that thing was rammed right into her chest 2 or 3 times.
Point Taken, I suppose I'd then pivot to Rory being a nurse and not attempting to revive her at all, no chest compressions or anything. Perhaps there could have been an assumption that Silurian physiology is somehow wildly different from that of a human, although we know they at least breath air. So he kind of just did nothing.
