    Tissue calcification is a huge problem. In fact it is one of the most common causes of premature aging along with other metabolic problems in the body. So in this video, I want to explain its causes, how to check if you yourself suffer from tissue calcification and finally how to get all that calcium out of your tissue and into the bones where it’s supposed to be.
    Ok, to start off, let’s first talk about what tissue calcification actually is. Basically, calcification is a buildup of calcium in body tissue. As you know, calcium is supposed to be mainly in the bones and teeth with small amounts also present in the muscle and other cells. However, over times calcium can also form hardened deposits in soft tissues, arteries, and other areas where it is not supposed to be. Some calcifications don't cause painful symptoms, while others can lead to severe complications, especially in the arteries that deliver oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the tissues of the body.
    This will cause them to stiffen and increases your risk of cardiovascular disease. Studies have shown that almost 90% of men and 67% of women older than age 70 have signs of significant calcium deposits in their arteries. While these official figures might make it seem like this is an old people’s problem, my own experience and that of many partitioners who specialize in this field, says otherwise. I would go so far as to say most people have some form of tissue calcification. But because the problem is so difficult to diagnose it often goes unnoticed for many years while their bodies accumulate more and more calcium in the wrong places.
    Unfortunately, over time the excess calcium wont be your only problem. As more and more calcium precipitates into the tissue and is lost in places where you need it, you will most likely also develop a calcium deficiency as well. This phenomenon is called biounavailable calcium and it basically means you have too much calcium built up in the body but most of it cannot be used properly, so you have symptoms of both excess unavailable calcium in the tissue as well as a deficiency of available calcium. In an earlier video, I used the analogy of a thirsty sailor stranded at see. He has unlimited water around him but cannot use it because it is not in the right form and therefore toxic. Understanding biounavailable calcium is really the key to reversing tissue calcification. Most people and even most practitioners still think that you can either have a calcium deficiency or a calcium excess. Both are treated fairly simple as I explain in my video on how to take calcium. However, in my experience the real problem is this biounavailable calcium, where you have both at the same time.
    So, the million dollar question is how do you treat biounavailable calcium? How do you make it available again? For this we need to look at the root causes of tissue calcification / biounavailable calcium. Both are really one and the same in most cases.
    To explain what causes calcium build up, you need to understand what a healthy body does when you consume calcium. The following explanation will be a little technical but I will summarize the most important insights later on, don’t worry.
    Let’s assume you eat a dairy product such as cheese, which we all know is fairly high in calcium. Basically, what should happen next is that the hydrochloric acid in your stomach breaks down the cheese and also dissolves the calcium. Later this dissolved calcium is absorbed through the lining of the small intestine into the bloodstream, where it can be carried into the bones, teeth or wherever the body needs it. Now, for each of these steps, so digestion, absorption and transport, the body needs several key nutrients to function properly. Let’s go over them one by one:
    Calcium Digestion: Healthy hydrochloric acid production = important nutrients: zinc, b vitamins (especially b6)
    Calcium Absorption: Absorbed through the lining of the small intestine (done with the help of intestinal vitamin D receptor) = important nutrients: natural vitamin D (please limit / avoid supplements)
    Calcium transport & utilization: It needs to be bound to carrier proteins and kept in solution
    important nutrients: sufficent protein intake, strong adrenal glands, magnesium, vitamin k2
    Other cofactors: Vitamin A, Copper & Boron

    At the age of 40 yrs old I had a heart attack jogging and had 3 arteries nearly 100% blocked and I did not care how healthy I ate and exercised I would have a blockage about every 2 yrs and had to have stents put into my heart arteries and today have 12 stents in my heart.I started taking 100 mg of Nattokinase on empty stomach every morning & evening and I also took with my breakfast 300 mcg of MK-7 K2 & 5000 IU D-3 along with omega 3 fish oil & CQ-10 100mg twice daily for about 3 yrs now and recently had a nuclear stress test and checked out great according to my Cardiologist,So I will continue to do so until I go to be with the Lord.I am now 60 yrs old and feel better than I did at 39 yrs old.God Bless.

      Cholesterol in the blood does not cause artherochlorosis.
      Calcium in the blood does cause artherochlorosis.
      Calcium in the blood is caused by an acid rich diet in the gut instead of alkaline rich diet in the gut.
      Same same not enough calcium in the skeletal means osteoporosis.

    I had a painful frozen shoulder with calcium on my tendons making bulges in my skin. I drank lemon juice after watching a Dr. Berg video on kidney stones and they started dissolving almost immediately. Within a month my shoulder was normal.

    I had my friend take the combo of vitamin K2, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D3. She was being told she needed to have her parathyroid removed; she was on dialysis at the time. Her iPTH was very high indicating she had too much calcium, yet her calcium levels were below normal range. We knew it had something to do with the absorption and this did the trick. Within 3 months she was back to normal and no surgery was needed

      @@beniciabowcher-royce7661 calcium carbonate & citrate are from rocks, they don't absorb. Take a Red Algae calcium with strontium if you want it to absorb correctly.

    Weak stomach acid is what most of us have. If you have indigestion, you have weak stomach acid. HCL supplements with meals helps a lot. Do not take antacids, no matter what the Dr. says. (Unless you have inflamed stomach lining) For that you need a water only fast.

      Had low stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria ) or years causing multiple health problems; took supplemental Betain HCL and this solved the problem. After some research it was discovered that stomach acid cells needed good amounts of iodine to produce. Added "Idoral" supplements and Hypochlorhydria was never again a problem.

      @@MrGGPRI people also need to consume salt (sodium chloride), since chloride is a component of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid), so without it...can't make it. To think of all the people being told by their doctors "stay away from salt" and that's contributing to weak stomach acid.

    In oreder to maintain vitamin D production, you need magnesium. The same magnesium that does not show as deficient in a blood test but is necessary for over 400 chemical reactions in the body (muscular, digestive, neurological, etc). Vitamin D deficiency is also a cause for adrenal fatigue. And, the main reason for calcium deficiency in bones is because your body is mining them for the magnesium you are deficient in.
    One way to strengthen your hydrochloric acid concentration is by consuming cabbage. Preferably naturally fermented cabbage without preservatives that contains active cultures of beneficial bacteria. This will also resolve problems with acid reflux and also lactose intolerance. The reflux is caused by weak stomach acid that allows (fruit) fermentation gases to build up in the stomach. Pressure from these gases force open the lower esophageal valve, spewing stomach acid into the esophagus.
    Taking a calcium supplement without taking sufficient magnesium channel the calcium to your bones and to resolve any magnesium deficiency will only result in kidney stones, gall stones, calcified tissues, calcified cartalege, etc. The insanity of modern medical industry.

    This video is extremely helpful and of the highest importance because it highlights burying our heads in vitamin D supplements and lack of magnesium could potentially be problematic and is detrimental for others when considering calcium build up in the body. He has provided some very useful info on the importance of natural vitamin D, K2, magnesium and boron etc and tests (hair strand test) for lacking in minerals.       I agree with you. I learned about vitamin K2 a while ago and it isn’t present in conventional dairy products because the cows are not grass fed. It’s necessary for animals to be pasture raised in order for vitamin K2 to be present. Vitamin K2 helps direct the calcium to your bones where it’s supposed to be.

    Lower stress. Obviously don't stress about it. Lol! But plan to take time mentally away from thoughts that are stressful. Meaning, designate a 15 minute period several times a day (and schedule them at regular times) where you dump everything and do things you like. Look at nature, take a walk. Anything that is enjoyable. The stressors will be easier afterwards. Mental health maintenance is key.

    I found this video very helpful. I have been taking Nattokinase for the last year and Vitamin D and magnesium for many years. The weak spot for me looks like my adrenals. Because of this video I looked back at a hair sample analysis I had done almost a year ago. I discovered that my sodium level was near the bottom of the reference range and my potassium was below the minimum, even though I have taken a separate potassium supplement daily for the last 40+ years. I never imagined that I would be low in sodium or potassium, or that it would contribute to my high coronary calcium scan score. Thanks Felix!

      Magnesium can prevent potassium from being properly absorbed and utilized. I would advise not taking them both at same time of day.

      Nattokinase is just a blood thinner. It does not contain Vitamin K2. Natto, the actual food, contains both.

      Vitamin b5, k2 in the mk4 form and a smaller dose in the mk7 form. Mk4 k2 seems to have a stronger impact on the glands. B5 deficiency can cause your adrenals to shrivel, but they can grow back.

    Thank you for the good presentation. My father's suffered from calcification and his heart arteries and veins. I remember being called in during an operation, so the doctor could show that the thin tissue had degenerated and it wasn't but the calcium tube that had formed inside that was carrying the blood at one point in his heart. They replaced it with a stent but it was that close.

    Serrapeptase is perfect for this issue. Loads of k2. Take vit D3 10,000 IU with it and calcium will go where it needs to. Take magnesium, potassium citrate, and I also love glutathione with Vit C. You can also take NAC to get glutathione. Its the cause of almost all inflammation in the body as we age. Lack of glutathione

      lumbrokinase is the strongest clot buster and artery cleaner.
      nattokinase is for very mild cases.

    Easily one of the best, if not the best video, which explains in simple terms the biomechanics of the calcification process. The causal factors are many, but even discounting several other important factors, the role of vitamins, and having the right mineral balance via the adrenal gland processes are key to preventing calcification.

    What a lovely way to explain ( to novices) every step of the digestion process and how they lead to calcification incase of deficiencies. Almost all videos just talk about taking vit d3 and k2 along with calcium to fix the problem but this js the first time I hear about solvents for the blood calcium and role of healthy adrenals

    Well Done! Most people are deficient in Vit K2 and this is one of the major elements leading to Osteoporosis and plaque build-up like Arteriosclerosis in your arteries (and heart attacks) and teeth plaque etc. Vit K2 is found in various places but a good source is grass-fed beef, which on average we don't get. The rest are good too: sunshine (D3), magnesium, sodium and potassium (use potassium chloride to balance the salt. Vit K2 (MK-7) intake will solve a lot of problems...

    Thanks for this. You are spot on. I recently did a hair mineral analysis test and was shocked at the results. I do not take any calcium supplements or eat dairy. But my calcium levels were high and all the other minerals low. having a clear picture of what is going on. I am able to address those issues and after 3 months feeling a lot better too. Cannot stress enough the value of this test - wish I had done it years ago.

      I too, had high calcium levels. Dr. Checked my parathyroid levels and they were above the high range. I had a benign tumor on one of my parathyroid which was causing my calcium to go wacky. I'm just telling my experience.

      Calcium prevents iron from being absorbed, so cheeseburgers are a no-no.

      Copper directs where iron goes. Unless you lost lots of blood in a accident, you most likley have too much iron and need to give blood to remove the iron.@@NaveDelAmor

      Same here. It took a lot longer than I had heard for me but I’m down under 195 pounds and still loosing weight nice and slowly. No starvation diet whatsoever with carnivore. Personally I kind of like the difference in my skin too

      @@johnphilpottand6361 It was interesting. I was doing some research into keto for my husbands friend who had cancer and I came across the carnivore stuff. I began reading stories of people who sounded like me so I decided I would give it a 3 month run. After 3 months I was shocked. Mind you, I had what one would call a very healthy diet already. I did not eat junk, no processed food, no fake food, nothing artificial and everything made from scratch with organic real food. Belonged to a local coop, got my stuff fresh from farms, etc. And I did this for YEARS. I was even a whole (real) food vegan for 13 years which I think was the nail in my coffin. But then I discovered the Weston Price stuff and added back in meat and raw dairy. That was great but still had issues. Going carnivore was amazing. Never felt so good in my life. Because I did not eat junk or processed foods, it was definitely the plant foods that were harming my body. Probably just overloaded. My oxalate issue was so bad that it literally almost killed me. So much for eating greens every day. My farmer had a greenhouse and I used to get chard all winter. That didn't do me any favors. Ug. Anyway, just wanted to share this because so many read these comments and assume that carnivore is working great because you come from the SAD diet. I have eaten what most consider "healthy" food for well over 30 years. I got into the health food thing back in my 20's. Went hard core too. When I got sick, everyone around me said "well if you get sick eating as healthy as you do then this leaves the rest of us no hope". So everyone around me knew my lifestyle. Even tho I do think there are many other things that came into play, giving up plants in my diet has been EUREKA. Now when anyone says they have crappy digestive stuff going on; despite eating what many believe is a so called healthy diet, I tell them to give-up plants. They initially think I am nuts, but those who do it are always amazed. First things to go are gas bloating, farting etc. Everyone always seems shocked that giving that stuff up clears up all that stuff. My gf and I joke that we are on a no fart diet. I do drink a lot of raw milk (from super clean cows) so I am not super low carb but the raw milk keeps me from dumping oxalates and helps me get rid of them and gives me some nutrients that are hard to get on meat only (like magnesium). Works for me. 🤣

    One important thing is missing in digestion part, if your liver /gallbladder does not work properly you WILL not assimilate fat soluble vitamins such as Vit D or K2 regardless of form

    boron seems to regulate the calcium magnesium metabolism very nicely .. I cured my arthritis in the hands and wrists with a daily boron supplementation.
    12mg + per day. after 1 month arthritis stopped getting worse.. after 1 year completely gone. had full use of my wrists again.. doctor could only offer the fusing of my wrists as a solution. Some vets will prescribe boron for arthritis in animals. why not humans?

      That's impressive. What else did you do that helped? I take smaller dose 5 mg boron intermittently for sexual function and skin/hair, but I'm still not sure how much is too much without an expensive hair test, so I have been cautious... Did not know about boron for arthritis; even though best and only actual cure for that, as always, is low simple carbs consumption, unless your growing/moving. I found intermittent potassium citrate specifically is great for arthritis, particularly gout, and particularly if you have uric acid spikes.

    Would love to hear your thoughts on Oxalates. I would think everyone with an Oxalate issue has an issue with calcium tissue calcification? Get the calcium back into the bones and Oxalate won’t be able to bind to it? But with Oxalate produced by mold/Candida - we need something to bind to it - could we use Mg instead?
    Wish I could take B6 - sends me over the edge - massive joint pain.

    Magnesium can be found in Celtic sea salt. Take a small granule with your water letting it dissolve in your mouth thus activating your first level of digestive fluids, the salivary glands with their enzymes.

    This was be helpful to understand my personal health struggles, which has without a doubt been caused by severe chronic stress, for years on end. I developed Hypokalemia 15 years ago, which almost killed me.
    My heart had began to stop, but thankfully my daughters were home, which saved my life! By time paramedics arrived, I was seeing flashes of light and in the process of leaving this world. My pulse was 22, and voices began to fade. Prior to the massive depletion of my potassium, I had very bad tachycardia and my resting heart rate was over 200, but it would jump up to 220, just by standing up.
    When my daughters called 911, the operator called code blue after hearing me struggle to breath. I then began to have convulsions, lost hearing and felt like I was suffocating. I finally felt a calm, once my pulse began to drop.
    It was such a scary event, but it was not only real life crash course in potassium depletion for myself, it also caused PTSD for my youngest daughter, which was only 8 at the time.
    Jeezzzz, what an ordeal! If people don't believe stress is deadly, think again!

      I was recently on holiday and told about a lady (nurse) who had suddenly died. I was told that at autopsy she was found to have no potassium. I had never heard of this before now. Your story confirms this.

      @@cynthiagreer645 No, low blood potassium. It came on out of nowhere, but I have been under years of chronic fight or flight, due to stress. This video made such perfect sense, at least to my situation. I'm still battling chronic stress, due to my husband being terminally ill, and I'm also his caregiver, or to the best of my ability anyway. People don't realize how horrible chronic stress is, until they're stuck in it for years on end!

    It took me awhile to figure out that my joint pain is linked directly to what I eat and if I'm extremely stressed out. It took me years to find a doctor who explained that the pain I had throughout my body and my joints was related to stress he was absolutely correct and later on I found that the joint pain in particular was related to what I ate. If I ate junk the night before I would get up the next morning with my knees and my finger joints hurting like you wouldn't believe. Slow down and listen to your body. Try to eat Whole Foods that way we don't have to partake of these processed chemicals. Who knows what in these pills we are taking on a daily basis also I started to question two different spices and herbs that I buy. I've decided to get my own herbs and crushed them at least I know what's in them

    I have been on a prescription dose of D 50k IU every other day, for the past 15 years, and was first diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
    I had severe weakness, upper body pain(neck,back,arms) and an exhaustion, I had never experienced anything like what all seemed to come about overnight!
    When I went to the doctor and they did blood tests, they said I had a resolving case of mono,( which I hadn't even noticed having). I didn't realize any symptoms of having it!
    There was some other things on my blood tests showing T3 or T something not right, and I was referred to a rheumatologist that said I had Fibromyalgia, I also had all the tender points, my Vit D and Iron were low, which started me on the prescription D and has taken years to bring up to normal.
    I had iron infusions, and as the years went on, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Then nerve problems, and it's affected my arms, hands, legs and feet. I recently started learning about the need to take Vitamin K2 M7, if on high doses of Vitamin D, because it's necessary for getting calcium to go into your bones, otherwise it goes to wrong places in your body!
    Just like what you are saying! I questioned my rheumatologist about it being a possibility that I had calcium deposits forming on my finger joints, (what's been osteoarthritis), and is on my shoulders, spine, both cervical and lumbar! Possibly my knees as well. I've just been told I have bone on bone in my knees and need surgery. I had a series of injections in my knees and back that didn't help. I am wanting to start taking Vitamin K, and wondering if it's possible to dissolve these calcium deposits, using something referred to as "the bone crusher" I forget the name, but I want to know more! Thank you for your channel and this video! Doctors I've asked don't have a clue, and just keep prescribing more and more drugs! I want to get to the root of what's causing things and heal, not just continue treating symptoms. ❤👍🏽

      I have avoided knee surgery by getting synvisc injections in my knee. This is NOT a steroid but an artificial cartilage made from hyaluronic acid. I've had bone on bone for 15+years, but this has kept me from having to have surgery. I had my right knee replaced before Synvisc came on the market. It was one of the most painful things I have ever endured. Surgery makes them more money, so they don't like to tell you about synvisc. You need either an orthopedic surgeon or an osteopathic MD to get them.

      Be sure to have them test for FERRITIN, which is the STORED iron, the important one! Once you find out the results, the best & non constipation iron is ferrous bisglycinate, sometimes called easy iron. Available at your health food store! 🥰🙏

    It's amazing the govrt mandates fluorine be added to drinking water to "strengthen teeth" through calcification, yet they say nothing about its effects on the calcification of the rest of the body. It's no wonder so many struggle with the calcification of the body.

    Where we live in Scotland the sun doesn't
    really shine much so Vitd is a no no, so
    we take a supplement Vit D plus Vit K
    which compensates, now you make
    mention of Cod Liver oil fair enough
    but I take Fish oils as it is plus a Multi
    Vitamin which contains Vit A and I
    believe Cod Liver oils contains
    high amounts of Vit A as it is.🤔

    When I took Zinc, within 24 hours I had neurological breast pains. Has soon as I stopped taking Zinc the pains stopped within 24 hours. Generally, men have a zinc deficiency and women have an iron deficiency, our bodies are different. On Soft tissue calcification that is caused by an overload of oxalates that people get from their food. Oxalates that the body hasn't been able to excrete from the body due to oxalates binding to calcium and iron.

    What would have been helpful would be a list of practitioners who specialize in this, especially since you said it can't be done with supplements. BTW, the X-rays you show look a lot like arthritis. Can you comment on the difference between arthritis and tissue calcification?

      the body's reaction to inflammation, is calcification of the soft tissue. It is called an auto immune disease.
      Cut high oxalate foods, & high lectin foods. No fortified milk, rice, bread, nut milks, as these "hard" vitamins are by products of the petroleum industry, & coal tar by products...I have this issue, and have been doing my research..good luck. God bless...

    My calcification and also eczema are reversing since I started a big health protocol that includes all of the things you mentioned. I am using Castor oil packs to improve my rest and heal my adrenals, this also cleanses the liver. But I'm also taking all the supplements you mentioned. I guess vit D isn't the greatest so I will eventually replace it. But what I've been doing has been helping a lot.

      I've found the supplements vary greatly. One brand caused immediate acute joint inflammation. My dermatologist in FL told me that the body only receives vit D transdermally for the 1st 12mins in the sun, and only through the skin on the underside of your forearm. I was in the sun 10hrs per day, but vit D kept dropping excessively low.

    I truly appreciate your knowledge and enjoyed this presentation. I’m interested in how to strengthen my one adrenal gland, that’s fighting to keep up, as I lost my left one last summer due to a pheochromocytoma that nearly cost me my life. I’ve continued to experience electrolyte imbalances, and having some problems with my kidneys. I’m definitely salt sensitive. I’ve recently started potassium and magnesium. I’ve taken k2 on and off throughout the past. Perhaps I have not been taking enough K2. I have high calcium and Uric acid in my urine. Im feeling rather defeated, and in chronic bone pain, burns and burns, also high heart rates. Doctors here are not believers in the deeper root problems, they are driven by the government, and push you through your appointments like cattle. You are not allowed to have an opinion. Just trying to help myself, and supply my body with what it needs, especially after having an Adrenalectomy. After listening to your video, I agree that I need to help my adrenal gland that I have but I’m just not certain the best way, only having one. Keep on feeding the world…. pheochromocytoma girl

      Every time your body fights them or dies off they get inflamed swell like a dead deer on the side of the road, with no where to go.
      If you start fighting them naturally and get your body into a homeostatic environment that goes away.
      Astragalus, Turkey tail mushroom, milk thistle many immune boosting herbs especially the vitamin need to be methylated.
      I saved myself, have went from 11-13 scripts in 2014 to 3 in 2023.
      And I have rare genes that make me prone to this calcification and infections. Being extra stretchy does it to ya, PXEABCC6, MTHFRC677T, EHLERS DANLOS..

    It is also called a Calcium Shell. It is frequently caused by long term intense or unrelenting stress. It can be measured in a Hair Mineral Analysis. As a survivor of excruciating child abuse for about 15 years, I had severe calcium loss in the teeth and jaw bone and massive calcium in my hair. I have spoken with seniors who experienced extensive stress and they have the same elevated calcium markers.

    The key is acid/alkaline balance of the blood. Bone calcium is used to buffer the blood during sleep and upon waking has to be removed from the bloodstream. There isn't time for the calcium to be processed back into the bone so it's deposited in soft tissues. Chronic buffering leads to bone density issues and calcification throughout the body.

      Don't know that we can actually affect that. Apparently our bodies want to turn everything to an acid, so trying to "alkalize" anything makes it work harder to do what it wants to do. Some say. A well-known health guru recanted his previous stance regarding Kanga water, for instance, when he learned this. He apologized for being wrong.

      @Amy I've heard simply drinking lemon water has a strong effect at assisting the process of neutralizing excess acidity. I use calamansi, 4 pcs sliced into a pitcher of water. Left overnight and I drink throughout the day. 1 lemon sliced skin on is what I heard.

    I had a lot of painful calcium deposits on all of my knuckles. Large pink bumps on both outer edges of my knuckles. I went carnivore 600+ days ago and now have just one knuckle affected. It was previously injured and is no longer painful. The list of health improvements is very long and very dramatic.

    In Canada it is hard to get enough sun exposure most of the year. I discovered info saying exposure to near infrared light can be helpful when father had pnemonia/flu last december. It says these lamps also play a factor for natural vitamin d, wondering your thoughts on light being effective on back stiffness/sciatica type issues. Thank you!

      As a biology student: Infrared does not play a role in Vitamin D Synthesis, as it's long waveform doesn't deliver enough energy.
      You need UV B with 290-310 nm Wavelength.
      The Wavelength of Infra red isfrom 780nm to 1mm, totally other side of the spectrum.

    It's worth noting muscle contractions utilize magnesium so if you're working out you need more than 400mg per day as a man. I'm 100kg (225lbs), and I found a lot of benefit from around 600mg on days I workout 2x per day.
    Sodium and calcium is used in cardio. So if you sweat a lot or do a lot of cardio get more salt, maybe 1.5g per day (idk I"m a big guys so I use more. A woman may get by with 600mg).
    Also I don't think you can OD on K2 and it's fat soluble. Means 2 things - 1 the method of action will take a while to implement in your body. So expect a 90day+ time implementation. And 2 you probably could take a lot one day and not any the next day.

    There is a book out called The Arthritis Cure. And in it the author talks about eating avidic foods as being a contender here as the stomach 'pulls' calcium from the bones to line the stomach before one eats. The body then digests this and it is 'delivered' into the blood stream and soft tissues. Some of the remedies he talks about is copper, B3, B6 supplementation. This apparently allows the reabsorption of calcium back into the bones. Niacin (B3) does have its drawbacks though and one being heart failure!

      Taking ACV itself can give atomach peoblwm to some. Best to take ACV with extra virgin olive oil.
