    I stay very close to the project. This location is much more premium than hadapsar and kharadi. The land cost here is very high Hence the the prices are actually reasonable in the project

      The size is so small. You have no clue on the traffic jams etc. plus water issues

    I have been to project,
    Pros: Excellent Location with superb connectivity.
    Amenities on ground level and roof top.
    Fittings are good inside the apartment.
    Location wise the pricing is correct.
    Cons: Possession is 3 years from now.
    Modular kitchen not provided.
    No duplex or penthouse in the project.

    Very good evaluation.
    As mentioned, the accomodation is priced way too high for projected date of possession and amenities concerned. Location is the main advantage.

    Hello sir, as always appreciate your good work and sharing insights of not so known details related to real estate. One such thing which is still bit ambiguous is, how the 999 year lease model works. What are its cons, if any? And how beneficial it is to purchase a property in Amanora? Appreciate if you can make a detail video on various Townships, their lease model, related additional charges over the time and any consequences of such lease model. Thank you.

    Good review. However you should add few more details
    1). How will be water supply.
    2). How close is grocery shopping
    3) How close is vegetables market.
    4) What are the amenities
    5) How this area going to be future developed
    6) What will be the price appreciation
    7) Is the coat comparative?
    8) details on Cons

    I have checked the Maharera for this site. Something looks fishy. First of all there are so many promoters. Secondly, the legal title report doesn't clearly specify if the title is clear or marketable or not. The location is good. But something looks fishy.
