I have been to project, Pros: Excellent Location with superb connectivity. Amenities on ground level and roof top. Fittings are good inside the apartment. Location wise the pricing is correct. Cons: Possession is 3 years from now. Modular kitchen not provided. No duplex or penthouse in the project.
Very good evaluation. As mentioned, the accomodation is priced way too high for projected date of possession and amenities concerned. Location is the main advantage.

I have checked the Maharera for this site. Something looks fishy. First of all there are so many promoters. Secondly, the legal title report doesn't clearly specify if the title is clear or marketable or not. The location is good. But something looks fishy.
