In east Pune, except SSPL Strand, all 4bhk projects are mostly North South. South can be an option, but avoid North as least sunlight will enter in flat.
Try to make review of The Strand as well.

Very well put together, great job. Looking at the floor plan and direction, could you suggest which 3BHK to choose for better air flow and sunlight, 103 (same as sample flat) or 104 (mirror of 103)?
