I'm sorry but did we forget the cardinals Who dominated their division and the 80s? The only cardinal's I saw in here were ken reitz and Lonnie Smith. No ozzie smith? How do you do an 80s is baseball video without ozzie? But it was a great video for phillies dodgers and royals fans.
At least you saw someone. I think I saw Fred McGriff in the background of one clip and that's all I caught from the Jays and Expos. I would've been happy with Youppi.

Nothing said the 80's like a strike called from umpire Dutch Rennard! Very distinctive...No mistaking a ball from a strike for sure! Or the base bandits: Rickie Henderson and Vince Coleman...Two of the best base stealers of the era. How about the drop down, submarining Dan Quisenberry and Kent Tukulve! Pure 80's magic!

In the 80's baseball was played like it ought to be played now. No overpaid five to six inning starters. No runner at 2b when going into xtra innings in a game. No stupid rule whereby a pitcher could not more than three times to 1b to pick off the runner. No stupid bigger bases to help out would be base stealers. No stupid inter league play to take away rivalries between cities. IT WAS JUST GREAT!!!

You need to lower the price of MLB tv otherwise I won't be able to watch much MLB in 2024. 2 teams are blocked out and all national tv games are blocked out. $16 is what the NBA charges and they only block out 1 team.
