  • Quick Strength Workout No Weights.
    In this short workout I take you through 6 simple exercises to strengthen all main muscle groups throughout your body.
    If you want to be strong and healthy into old age then you must practice strength training. If you're like me and you have never been into the gym then you must do these exercises regularly at home.
    Don't get frail. Stay strong with me into your 90s.

    Thank you Jackie great routine...just wondered when doing the wall squat is the lower back pressed to the wall ?

      Good question Helen - the answer is -"it depends" on your spine/lower back. Experiment with pelvic tilts when in the pose and see what feels best. Everyone is different and this exercise is mainly about the legs, so generally keep your back as comfortable as you can.
