I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️
Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

As a working student. Your meal preps always save me. Easy, not expensive and i keep most of them for serveral days in the fridge and they stay fresh. Love it

Trust me, it's ramadan for me so I don't eat rice that often anymore, but I eat rice everyday, and I don't get bored of it@@ibis-chan6184
@@ibis-chan6184 I'm the same. Maybe two days in a row the same is okay, but not longer. When I watch my husband, He doesn't need that much of variety like me. Prep works best for me when I make meals I can put in the freezer and store it a longer time than in fridge. Or just prep for maybe two days, this way I don't have to make Something new every day. Or two different meals for four days. Maybe this helps you a little 😊
Honestly I love the noodle soup jars, but I feel like the broth wouldn't gain enough flavour (for me) so I'll probably add heated chicken/veggie broth instead.
I freeze 1 - 3 cup portions every time I make broth. It's so convenient to add to anything- sauces, rice, soups, even plain!

To have somewhere I can go to with healthy recipes yet also recipes that treat yourself, you’re making it where it helps me to see ways I can try to build a healthy relationship with food and not starve myself or binge. I love these healthy ways of eating. Personally, I have to be mindful of my food combinations- I couldn’t eat grapes, carrots, nuts and tomatoes. My stomach wouldn’t be able to tolerate the combination, but im definitely excited for those who can ☺️ (substitute).

I tried the noodle cups so many times in different ways, i dont know why they don't taste good
