My spiritual journey has been enduring over these past few years. I have learned a lot from people and gained a perspective on spirituality and its importance in my life. I think that the small particles he was talking about are Known as Elctron or photon or Leptons or quarks etc in todays world .....and there is a rule of nature that every particle tends to stay at rest or you can say it wants stability....so i think thats the reason for meditation to make the particles of our body gain the most stability

In the end the yogi talks about the ego that comes when you share the spiritual knowledge and not when passed from Guru to shishya. Isn’t sharing something from which others can learn considered a good karma ?
I think he means that when you share it unprompted then it is from ego. If you share your knowledge with someone who has asked you to then you become Guru-Shishya.

But voice is controlled by Throat chakra, not mooladhara chakra.
