you probably dont give a shit but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost my password. I love any assistance you can give me!
@Drake Jadiel i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
12:30 I've been told the grass on the tracks at the station/stop are just to make it look nicer and to absorb heat. Thanks for the tour. Brings back memories.
In 2011, I finally got to Japan for work. I added a day, so that I could go to Hiroshima and see the Peace Park. Although it was November, the weather was quite warm. I took a taxi from my hotel to the park, and the driver let me off at the south end -- near the museum. As I made my way from south to north, I became thirsty. I entered a building on the east side of the park, where there is a small snack vendor, so that I could buy some water. I walked through to the other side of that building and came up a short flight of stairs -- and there, in front of me, was my first sight of the Genbaku Dome. That made me cry. You rode right past the building with the snack shop after you crossed the bridge. It looks like it has been remodeled, and the stairs I used are now a ramp. Houribe Lou was set up on that bridge playing music, and I bought one of his CDs. th-cam.com/video/Q8Pb5ODF6OM/w-d-xo.html
Excellent vlog. Really feel the atmosphere. Although Hiroshima is so famous it is the first time we can see it from the ground. Bike visits are the best. Thanks Cruise
I remember Hiroshima very well, after a huge night of drinking and eating in Fukuoka the night before with relatives and after very little sleep, my Wife and I caught the Shinkansen to Hiroshima and arrived about 9am, we dropped our luggage off at the hotel we had booked. We were so tired but couldn't get into our room till 3pm, so we went and looked around Hiroshima, the Dome, Peace Park and it became one of the highlights of our trip, I was gobsmacked to how a city that was ruined after the atomic bomb, in only 60 years (at the time of our visit) they rebuilt such a beautiful modern City. Incredible!! The Dome unfortunately was surrounded by scaffolding at the time of our visit for maintenance work so couldn't see it in detail as you could. Anyway, after we were just about at collapsing point walking around for 6 hours on little sleep, we finally got into our room around 3.00pm, so we lay on the bed for a nap before dinner only to wake up at 11pm, almost everything was closed for dinner, we were starving so it was off to find a 7-11 to grab whatever they had left for the day....wasn't much remaining except snack food and some sandwiches and a couple of sushi rolls...but we survived hahahaha.
Very nice ride around wish they had a path like that where I live they do but I'll have to drive about 112Kms to get to it so i think I'll just go ride around my city with the cars and hope no one runs me over enjoy your holiday have fun be safe
@@blex5579 To be honest, our beer is below mediocre but people are biased... I can recommend 2, one is that dark zajecarsko and other is Lav premium (not regular one)... And anything under 4-5 is fine, things get messy after that, for me at least :) cheers!
9:54 Bottega Veneta is an Italian company operating in the luxury goods sector and renowned for its leather products; owns an atelier located in an eighteenth-century villa in Montebello Vicentino, is based in Lugano, Switzerland, and Italian offices in Milan and Vicenza. Founded in 1966 in Vicenza, the company was acquired in 2001 by the Gucci Group. The peace memorial office is beautiful, I wonder how it didn't collapse.
Found your channel because of your solid tire review. Love your content, the guided tours are fantastic! Have you ever considered starting a guided bike tour business in Japan?
Thanks for the tour of Hiroshima! I thought radiation is still going on. apparently not. very nice city. is it autumn in Japan now? your wife is cute! it seems all cities in Japan look like Hiroshima (nice, clean, and not chaotic like VN's :); is there such a thing called ghetto in Japan? :)
Hi guys. Hiroshima is great, I love how well thought out all that park area around the Atomic Dome and the river and the Peace Memorial is, thanks for bringing me back there. That huge net of underground passages is also quite something. One question, tough: I noticed on your video that on that memorial stone (@13:09) by the Atomic Dome the date inscribed is 6 Aug (19)42 instead of 6/8/45... am I missing something or is that a very un-Japanese mistake? (Oh, and congrats on the new position...)
The lack of bar end caps in Thuong-chan's bike has been driving me nuts. She's had this bike for a while now and these caps are pretty cheap and often come with the bar tape lol. It has to stop, Cruise. -Everyone
Lovely video. I've always wanted to explore the touristic sites in Hiroshima by bike since it's there's quite a lot to cover on foot with all those parks. But being a Dutchie I just cannot bring myself to ride my bike on the sidewalk with all the pedestrians. You will receive the capital punishment for that in the Netherlands. 😖😵
Yes makes me wonder too why there is not many japanese flag. I think they respected their flag so much that they dont want their flag laying around anywhere
Thumbs up for more cycling videos! Here's our full playlist from this bike trip th-cam.com/video/SBB_V-S07a4/w-d-xo.html

Japan is so beautiful
Im also living here in japan you gave me inspiration to go on bike to work hehe i will start cycling to work on monday more power on your channel :)
Do it!
I visited Hiroshima in 2018 on a tour, really nice place to visit. The ほんどりしょてんがい is a nice mall to walk which is close to the memorial park.
12:30 I've been told the grass on the tracks at the station/stop are just to make it look nicer and to absorb heat.
Thanks for the tour. Brings back memories.
Makes sense
Yes! And it also absorbs a bit of rain so there's less flooding when there's a storm. 😊
Love Hiroshima, my favourite city
Another enjoyable look into a part of the world I hope to see one day!
Can hear the excitement in your voice.. "Ooh! More public bins!" lol
Probably the most surprised I got today 😅
Wolt delivery service is also pretty popular in Latvia too. At least in Riga city.

Nice video thank for sharing 🙏😊
You asked about Wolt. There is Wolt in Croatia. I believe in entire EU as well. The most of them are riding bicycles.
Thanks, good to know!

Good to know, I was wondering what the story was. That area was really impressive looking.

Toying with the idea, but not sure it would be very profitable 😅
We also have Wolt here in Greece, so I'm pretty sure it's an international thing. Thank you for taking is us on an another stunning ride :)

Cruise, can you talk about how you keep your body staying fresh and rest up during this long cycling trip when you ride every day?

Wolt is from Finland and it is now in 23 countries

It's generally legal in Japan, but you can't ride fast around pedestrians
It's called Gate Ball.
sir i am your big fan from india
Thanks! :)
Wow it’s so quiet there! Is it because of the mic?
Japan is generally quiet, but the mic helps
Will you two ever consider moving to the US or Switzerland or any non-Asian country? I am curious since you both speak Japanese together
US, Europe, Mexico are considerations :)
Does your bicycle have a cassette or a freewheel ?
cassette 10spd
Are they cheaper there then in the States ?
Koi are pretty but they are a noxious and aggressive species in our country. We can send them all over there!
haha 😅
