I'm a Grand Palace and Crack in the Slab type-a-guy, but boy oh boy does that part where you go in and Hypatia is a normal gal and then......R I P Dr. Vasco. Gets me every time.
I can barely remember much about the game, since I've played it once and was satisfied with it, but this place and the mechanical mansion (forgot the name) were certainly the highlights. I suppose it's simply due to it being the perfect exploration of an oppressive, but fascinating place, where I truly desired to unveil it's mysteries. Playing games for so long, in general, I've always found myself enjoying the puzzles and the world more than just combat.
I bailed on Dishonored 2 when I hit the Clockwork Mansion. It was just too frustrating for me at the time and I've never been back. Your video though... it's good, almost good enough to make me reinstall and get frustrated all over again. Almost...
And here I thought I'd just play Dishonored 2 without replaying the first one AGAIN 🥲 now with all the lore I gotta catch up on and all the stealth kills I miss doing I'm not so sure anymore ☠
on the last day of 2024 he posted his greatest betrayal. Clockwork Mansion will never forgive him

Unironically it might be my favorite one too, I always prefered the Titanfall 2’s take on that “A Crack in the Slab’s” gimmick.
