My body brought four children to life in this world, and my womb carried my angel baby, who died inside me before her birth. My body nursed 4 children, giving them life sustaining milk on demand. My body is not perfect nor will it ever be. And I have learned to love my body just as it is. I am so happy to see others who think like me.

Power and money corrupt. In many countries if you’re an honest cop you’re a dead cop impossible your family wise up that also. I know DEA DEA agent who worked in Mexico undercover and most of the cops in Mexico were dirty or just not doing their job. I just wanted to collect the money and stay alive. The cops that were trying to do their jobs are often winding up dead and I have a gun fire. It’s a really disturbing world we live in, but that’s probably the way it’s always been. A tough test thing to change. It has to change from the top down. Too many people are on the tech and all the black market payroll worldwide including in the United States especially. I just try to live in my own little postage stamp I’m trying to stay as safe as I can. I don’t go looking for trouble. I’m also extremely well armed because this is America and we have the right to own some awesome and and extremely powerful weapons even as individual citizens if you have the right paperwork enough money. I live with a small fortress, extremely well armed, well patrolled and garden. There’s nothing here of value except for my life. I like it that way my sleep at night I know there’s electronica surveillance, vibration sensors, cameras, various other things that I won’t even mention. And my favorite armed patrol especially throughout the night hours. I wouldn’t go to some of the country where I can’t arm myself to the teeth and higher well trade X military in law enforcement to make it so I can sleep at night without even worrying. Again I don’t have anything of value worth taking. But I also don’t for anyone to harm me. I’m not rich I don’t drive fancy cars I don’t have tons of cash. But I also live in my own little fortress I don’t go anywhere and don’t bother anybody. My plan is to stay alive. I live in a quiet boring middle of nowhere place. I live in a simple home that looks like a fortress. We are more than willing just shoot anyone who threatens to breach security and threaten anybody’s life or safety. You can’t do that in other countries very well less you are a government official are paying off government officials.

This is the 4th tourist I have heard about that has essentially been killed or "mysteriously died" on this specific island and I am sure there are more which is actually appalling for a small island. What most people fail to realise about this island is that it is essentially run by a few really powerful mafia families. The police here are not there to protect the tourist, they are there to keep the status quo. If something happens to you on this island you essentially have no help. This is not a safe place for tourists and they need to stop going there. There is also widespread discrimination of Burmese people at the hands of the Thai and they have been framed for crimes.

it seems like alot of people, especially when we're young, tend to think "It won't happen to me". it's the same reason they text and drive, or drink and drive, or keep that pet wolf, etc. Because they'll do it safer or smarter, not like everyone else. I can think of many things I did when I was younger that were totally unsafe. I look back and wonder what was I thinking!!?? I was young and really just didn't know any better and had no experience. Was also much more trusting. There are alot of situations I thank God he allowed me to survive through, I made some really dumb choices. I think we always assume it will happen to "someone else". But everyone is someone else to somebody. I'm very sorry for their families. The loss itself is heartbreaking, but to never get answers would make it that much harder💔

Exactly! I never understand how so many people fall for this type of sh!t. So many people have claimed to be a God or somehow close to one and they claim they can change your life and make it heaven. Look at Jim Jones, he got all those people to follow him to Africa and eventually kill themselves by drinking cyanide. They even forced their own kids and babies to drink it. And there was another guy in Cali who started a cult (but of course the people thought he was an idol) and they all committed suicide. When police went into the house they lived in every single member was lying in their beds dead. It look like they were all just sleeping. I believe they took cyanide too. There's a video about it on TH-cam and a video about Jim Jones. They actually show u the before they were dead and then they show you all the dead bodies in both cases. And this is just 2 examples. There are thousands more. It's just crazy. Oh and to be part of most of these you have to give up ALL of your life earnings to this guy you just met and believe is a living God. Smh.

Unfortunately, those undercover tourists would have absolutely no recourse whatsoever. It would have to be someone from Thailand; someone who ISN'T corrupt. Personally, I think Westerners need to stop visiting this Hellish place. It's sad because it's so lovely and I'm sure some people actually have died on accident. It's as if the Thai Mafia owns the police and does this to wealthy Westerners for whatever reason. The incidental number of suspicious deaths here is WAY higher than that of chance...unless this is the most dangerous and unsafest place to visit in the world due to the number of "accidental" deaths! Compare it to any other Thai island and the number of unexplained deaths is so ridiculously high that the chances of this being a strange anomaly is impossible. It's just a dangerous place full of thugs, corrupt officials and Mafia members. Or, it is literally the UNLUCKIEST place to visit on the planet. Just weirdness to the nth degree! I think I'll skip visiting that place...

Then when he gets taken we follow and our boy gets his weapon out when the mafioso's least expect it and we jump em. Then we torture em for info and begin our investigation, with the mafia men having killed themselves in a brutal beating that could only have been self inflicted. If we all die, then we all die feeling like badasses because we're all dumbasses.

Having been stationed in 5 different countries on 3 different continents and the subsequent travels I took while there and enroute I do not know why anyone, especially a lady, would want to travel A. alone, and B. to some of these foreign countries, scratch that, many of these foreign countries is beyond me. And that's bittersweet for me to say as I did enjoy my time in some of these countries, South Korea being my favorite. And sure, culture is something to experience, listening to the call to prayer emminate from the seemingly endless desert of the middle east as the sun rises is quite a reverent experience. Meeting so many good people in all the countries I've visited has taught me that people on the whole are good but,and there is a but, there are elements of many foreign countries that are uniquely dangerous in a way we as Americans have no idea about. You wont even know there is a danger posed to you because those dangers do not exist in our country and you will have no idea, no immunity to it. You simply wont even be aware you are being plotted on. There are laws in those countries that here in America are not even crimes so to you, the foreigner, will have no idea you have violated their law. Think about how many laws we have, I guarantee you do not know all of ours so you surely wont know all of theirs. Sometimes, often, it is simply words that will be your demise. Areas you shouldnt be in, customs and courtesies you are not aware of, corrupt legal systems, draconian rule of law, seedy characters that make Al Capone look like your brothers new boyfriend who hardly speaks. And especially right now with how Americans are viewed in the world. Friendly country your in? What about those refugees who hate Americans that live there. Perhaps I've been jaded by my experience and the nature of what I did in the Air Force as I was a Security Forces member, miitary police for those of you who might be unaware of what that title is, so I was privy to intel that most folks werent. And fair enough, I see the world through a security posture lens much as a painter who enters a room looks at that room like a painter, ie crooked lines, paint drips on the floor, spots missed by the roller etc. I dont know perhaps it's just me.

@Steve Buffinton. Your explanation of how a U.S citizen may be very ignorant of foreign laws and dangers because of not having what you would possibly call "street smarts" in another culture is spot on. Even if you had them where you came from they may be of little help somewhere else. Definitely about people women or men being alone or even a couple in an area or hours where it's just putting yourself in a bad spot. Talking with trusted locals, local travel guides, etc. can have a wealth of insight into do's and don'ts.

Who the hell are the Thai authorities to take it upon themselves to cremate bodies? Is that OK with the USA if I've fallen into bad hands over there? I never heard that going on to tourists in an Asian country or any other country for that matter and they should not be alloud to tamper with evidence in the first place as I call it out, 'being at their disposal'. That should not be alloud and this has to be stopped. Who says we give them permission to dispose of our bodies or loved ones the way they wish to? Thailand is a far larger country than this island. I was there last November for 3 weeks and it was one of the best places I've ever been! Of course you should be cautious like you would travelling anywhere, but I found the people to be overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating. I didn't go to the island discussed in this video, but I visited a couple of small islands, as well as Bangkok and Phuket and I had nothing but amazing experiences. My point is - don't count out a really great place to visit because of a few stories like this. If people listened to all the crime and murder coming out of the US no one would ever visit! Mango Bay especially is very beautiful ❤️
Alot of ignorance from Americans here...
I have been to Thailand 40 plus times - Never once felt in danger, threatened, or the victim of corruption.
Also been to Koh Tao 5 times, and never noticed anything but the sheer beauty, especially mango Bay.
Koh Tao is often the starting place for young westerners going to the full moon party on nearby Koh Phangan, and alot of those do hard drugs, which btw, is hella illeagal in Thailand... Shit tends to happen to drunk, drugged tourists...
It is dumb to judge the whole country, even the Island based on these things.
In my country, there has never been news of a countryman killed in Thailand, however in the last year, there has been 5 of my fellow Danes killed in the US..
My grandmother was held at knifepoint in Houston and robbed - I was threatened in LA, and chased by a madman in the Apalachians.
Should I judge the US and badmouth your whole nation based of these things?
If you are responsible and respectful, Thailand is perfectly safe.
You are more likely to be beat up by a drunk Westerner than a Thai.
