- Hey everyone, in todays video I take a look at a gorgeous Sennheiser Momentum 2.0.
The Momentum 2.0 are a upgrade from the originals from 2013. The new ones have some new features, but are they as good as the originals.

Sound quality in these is superb
I've listened to a lot of headphones and sennheiser seem to nail it for me even compared to other manufacturers like Bose/beats.
Weston D don't get me wrong Bose are still very good. I've heard the quietcomfort 35 ones but they don't sound like 300 pound headphones.
Hello, for galaxy s4 the volume and sound is Good? Because i do not want to use headphone amplifier
Have had these for about a month now and absolutely love them. Very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. They are not as loud as I would like but it may be my phone which is a Nexus 6.. They're not to quite by any means but my phone won't push them to ear bleeding levels like a pair of earbuds. I've been contemplating getting a Fiio X1 as a player which may improve the volume and quality. Thoughts on that?

Are these headphones good the for the gym? I don't do cardio so running won't be an issue, but I do lots of free weights, benching, squatting, deadlifts, snatches, ect ect. Do these firmly stay on your head? I had beats on ear headphones before this and they worked pretty good till the right speaker went out. Also do they clean easy? Like the material on the ear cuff is that easy to clean? I will be sweating a lot so that's important also. Thanks

Weird question, but would you prefer this over Sony's Extra Bass Bluetooth headphones? They're having a sale on those at a local store.
Great review. Was debating between these and the B&W P5 but you've steered me in a direction I think I'll be happy with. Momentum's it is.

These are great headphones, but P5s are a little bit better on highs and progressive bass, also p5s sound much warm than momentum , the thing is that for 10-20 minites listening momentum sound bright and happy , but for everyday listening and flat response warm sound and over 30 minites of listening I prefer p5s . For me the Best On ear headphones are P5s, Momentum, and B&O ... for the price and build quality .
Would you recommend this to someone who loved the sound of the first generation?
You focus a lot on the differences (improvements) here, but the originals actually had my favorite sound of any headphones I've had.
Everything sounded super clear and very "close-up" like I was standing right next to the guitar amp, for example. They really blew me away, quite literally - They always gave me the greatest impact for rock, dubstep, modern pop... everything (and probably also hearing problems when I'm 40).
Other headphones often sounded to me like I was in the audience, far away from the stage, if that makes sense. That is especially true for the Over-Ear variant of Momentum 2, which I have gotten the chance to try and didn't like much at all. At the time, I chalked that up to me just not liking the sound of over-ears (which is generally true, I have tried many over-ears and I just don't like most of them), but now you made me worried it's just a difference with Momentum 2.
Well, now my old Momentum finally broke and I'm debating whether I should buy Momentum 2 or just get Momentum 1 again (especially since Momentum 2 has a huge price cut right now). I'm a little scared that the "improvements" will actually make my subjective experience worse.
What do you think?
Thanks for the review :D It was quite professional in my opinion plus I haven't found any other review with silver version of these headphones. Thats cool for me because I was interested in this color version of Momentum. But I've got a question to you (sorry if I missed that in your video)- do these make a strong pressure on ears? Are they uncomfortable/painful for head after +/- 1 hour of listening to music? :)

You are a pro ....
Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 are a good headphone, compared to great headphones like the HD600?...which have a wide open natural soundstage; make the momentum sound closed in relatively, its not the ultimate bass either, but then again it blows everything out of the water at this price point. Bass does drop significantly out on the street due to the sound leakage, but its something I am willing to sacrifice for a great set at home. Its a different class to the beats designed for children; they should be included with happy meals. This is a proper headphone, it is also forgiving with poorer recordings; reducing that screechy glass breaking treble some headphones have.
