No, you have to fill with the same coolant as in the video. Water will freeze and does not have the proper freeze and boil protection as well as additives. The water will make its way back into the cooling system and you don't want that.
I like to use the tubing on the petcock to make less of a mess. Also, do you drain coolant from the engine block? There should be at least one if not two coolant drains on the engine block
@samdalia01 Yes, you can do that as well if you want. For me I just wash it down with water in the end. No, I don't touch the drain valves on the block as I don't want to take a risk breaking it if it's seized on there so I leave them well alone. If a vehicle is periodically maintained, then a coolant flush is not necessary. A drain and fill is more than enough.

Abajo de la batería tiene otro depósito, para qué sirve?
It's an expansion tank for expansion (reservoir). You fill that up last once the service is done.
@moosemobileautorepair disculpe mi ignorancia, lo puedo llenar de agua? Porque ahora está vacío, puede afectar el carro así?

Thank you sir. Appreciate the video ans response! Keep up the great work
Do you need to open bleeder valve? Is it necessary?
Yes. Otherwise the engine will overheat and the coolant will overflow and boil over.
